【摘要】：全球化與區(qū)域一體化的發(fā)展在把世界各地相互聯(lián)系在一起的同時(shí),又把世界分割成了幾個(gè)部分。作為世界上一體化發(fā)展水平最高的地區(qū),歐洲各國(guó)在20世紀(jì)中葉以來(lái)所做的一體化探索,改變了《威斯特伐利亞和約》以來(lái)所建立的獨(dú)立民族國(guó)家的治理模式,創(chuàng)立了以國(guó)家聯(lián)合共同治理為主要特征的新政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)治理模式。歐洲一體化的實(shí)踐,對(duì)于全球的區(qū)域合作治理研究具有特別的意義,本文主要探討歐洲一體化進(jìn)程中歐洲治理的特點(diǎn),以期為區(qū)域治理提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of globalization and regional integration has divided the world into several parts while linking each other with each other. As the highest level of integration development in the world, the integration exploration made by European countries since the middle of the 20th century has changed the governance model of independent nation-state established since the Peace Treaty of Westphalia. A new political and economic governance model characterized by joint national governance was established. The practice of European integration is of special significance to the study of global regional cooperative governance. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of European governance in the process of European integration in order to provide some reference for regional governance.
