【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"背景下鐵路建設(shè)發(fā)展,一大批海外工程項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始專注于國(guó)際工程中高鐵事業(yè)的建設(shè),國(guó)際工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目逐漸成為一個(gè)我們需要研究的重要課題。但是不可忽略的是,相比于國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)高鐵,國(guó)際工程中往往存在著更多更艱巨的挑戰(zhàn),本文將針對(duì)國(guó)際工程中承建高速鐵路的項(xiàng)目管理信息化問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。我國(guó)目前工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的信息化主要以數(shù)據(jù)收集、查詢和報(bào)表為主的階段。這些"走出去"的國(guó)際鐵路建設(shè)企業(yè)目前都是基于國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有技術(shù),在實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的過(guò)程中,不僅要考慮到所在國(guó)獨(dú)特的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、人文因素,更要參考已完工程的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),借助項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)信息化的支持,取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the development of railway construction under the background of "Belt and Road", a large number of overseas engineering projects begin to focus on the construction of high-speed railway in international engineering. But it can not be ignored that compared with domestic high-speed railway construction, there are more and more arduous challenges in international projects. This paper will focus on the research of project management information of high-speed railway in international projects. At present, data collection, inquiry and report are the main stages of information management of engineering construction projects in China. These "going out" international railway construction enterprises are now based on existing domestic technology. In the process of implementing project management, they should not only take into account the unique political, economic, environmental and human factors of the host country, It is necessary to refer to the valuable experience of the completed project and make use of the support of information technology of project management to make up for each other and to promote the project management to realize the optimization of project management technology.
