【摘要】：在全球經濟緩慢復蘇,國際政治、經濟、金融形勢愈發(fā)復雜的背景下,中國經濟發(fā)展步伐放緩,GDP增速呈現(xiàn)L型發(fā)展態(tài)勢。隨著國家適度擴大總需求以及供給側改革的政策措施不斷深入,經濟繼續(xù)保持總體平穩(wěn),但不穩(wěn)定不確定因素仍然很多,經濟持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎尚不牢固。在這樣的形勢下,金融市場改革的步伐進一步加快,電子商業(yè)匯票迅猛發(fā)展,隨著電子商業(yè)匯票占比逐步提升以及全國票據(jù)交易所的開業(yè),票據(jù)經營格局將發(fā)生的新變化,票據(jù)轉貼現(xiàn)業(yè)務將在加快票據(jù)資產流動性方面發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In the context of the slow recovery of the global economy and the increasingly complex international political, economic and financial situation, China's economic development is slowing down and the GDP growth rate is showing a L-shaped development trend. With the country's moderate expansion of aggregate demand and the deepening of the policy measures of supply-side reform, the economy continues to maintain overall stability, but there are still many uncertain factors of instability, and the foundation of sustained economic development is still not solid. Under such circumstances, the pace of financial market reform has been further accelerated, and electronic commercial bills have developed rapidly. With the gradual increase in the proportion of electronic commercial bills of exchange and the opening of the National Bill Exchange, new changes will take place in the management pattern of bills. Bill transfer will play a more and more important role in accelerating the liquidity of paper assets.
