【摘要】：共同體是具有關(guān)聯(lián)性的人類群體平等共處、利益共享、和諧共生的生活形態(tài)。隨著當(dāng)前農(nóng)村改革進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),現(xiàn)代政治制度、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)以及新型城鎮(zhèn)化的持續(xù)滲透,不斷瓦解著傳統(tǒng)的、建立在血緣和地緣基礎(chǔ)上的、高度集體化的農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)與生活共同體,但也為重構(gòu)新型鄉(xiāng)村共同體提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)、動力支撐以及制度保障。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過推動鄉(xiāng)村治理科學(xué)化、壯大農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟(jì)、踐行社會主義核心價值觀以及加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村文化生態(tài)建設(shè)等途徑重建鄉(xiāng)村政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、倫理和文化共同體,以實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Community is a kind of living form of human being which is related to each other, sharing interests, and living in harmony and symbiosis. With the advancement of the current rural reform process, the continuous infiltration of modern political system, market economy and new urbanization, the traditional, highly collectivized rural production and life community, which is based on blood and geography, has been unravelling. But it also provides the realistic foundation, the power support and the system guarantee for the reconstruction of the new village community. On this basis, through promoting scientific rural governance, strengthening rural cooperative economy, practicing socialist core values and strengthening the construction of rural cultural ecology, the rural political, economic, ethical and cultural communities can be rebuilt. In order to achieve the integration of urban and rural development.
