微博技術(shù)的價值考量

【摘要】：信息技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)搭建了新的信息溝通平臺,而微博就是其中最具代表性的信息傳播媒介。當(dāng)下,微博這個信息溝通方式因其開放性、便捷性、草根性、交互性引領(lǐng)了一場信息化、民主化的潮流。在信息技術(shù)的支持下,具有創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息塑造傳播機(jī)制的微博,通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺迅速風(fēng)靡全球。微博這個信息時代的產(chǎn)物也因其信息傳播速度快、內(nèi)容廣、受眾多、參與便捷,而無可爭議地成為不可忽視的網(wǎng)絡(luò)力量。 微博的出現(xiàn)是信息革命的一個重要部分。開創(chuàng)了信息加工主體開始從團(tuán)體向個體轉(zhuǎn)變的新時代。在此之前,信息傳播都是以主流媒體為傳播途徑。這種封閉的、單向接受的狀態(tài),在微博出現(xiàn)之后被徹底改變了,信息傳播變成了雙向和定點模式,這樣就直接打破了普通受眾參與信息傳播的藩籬。微博成為新的言論自由的媒介,也使個人意見的直接反饋成為可能,并拓展了個人民主訴求的途徑。但是,作為一個工具和溝通渠道,其兩面性也彰顯得尤為突出。微博的信息溝通特征足以使其成為影響社會的重要力量,但它在促進(jìn)了信息扁平化傳播的同時也產(chǎn)生了一些負(fù)面影響。微博加速了信息傳遞的透明并降低了參與門檻,加速了新聞內(nèi)容的傳播而且擴(kuò)大了新聞受眾；獲得了優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)信息傳播平臺和媒介的信任度,降低了新聞參與的成本；增加了虛假、偽造信息責(zé)任追究的難度,也催化了不良信息的危害效果。信息文明要進(jìn)步,就必須發(fā)揚(yáng)微博技術(shù)的正向價值作用,同時扼制微博技術(shù)的負(fù)向價值的影響,這是自然選擇的必然結(jié)果。我們對一些負(fù)面價值不能采取回避的態(tài)度,而要抓住其中對人類文明進(jìn)步有利的方面,做到透過現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì),從而消解微博技術(shù)的負(fù)向價值。 考量微博技術(shù)的價值,引導(dǎo)其正向價值的實現(xiàn),放大正能量,促進(jìn)其負(fù)向價值的消解,抑制負(fù)能量,是當(dāng)前促進(jìn)微博技術(shù)健康發(fā)展的一個新課題。雖然,如今有不少學(xué)者都在對微博技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,但是,大部分研究的內(nèi)容僅涉及傳播學(xué)、營銷學(xué)、管理學(xué)以及教育學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,而對微博技術(shù)進(jìn)行哲學(xué)的價值反思及考量的研究甚少。本文就微博技術(shù)的價值層面,著重分析了微博技術(shù)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、倫理、生態(tài)等方面的正向價值和負(fù)向價值,試圖對微博技術(shù)的價值構(gòu)建方面做出探索,并提出微博技術(shù)正向價值的實現(xiàn)途徑和負(fù)向價值的消解方式,使其正能量得到放大,負(fù)能量得到消減。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, a new information communication platform has been set up, and Weibo is the most representative information communication medium. At present, Weibo leads an information and democratization trend because of its openness, convenience, grass roots and interactivity. With the support of information technology, Weibo, with innovative network information molding and communication mechanism, quickly became popular all over the world through Internet platform. Weibo, the product of the information age, has become an indisputable network force because of its rapid information dissemination, wide content, large audience and convenient participation. Weibo's emergence is an important part of the information revolution. Started the information processing subject from the group to the individual transformation of a new era. Prior to this, the dissemination of information is based on the mainstream media as a means of communication. This state of closed, one-way acceptance has been completely changed after Weibo appeared, and the information communication has become a two-way and fixed-point mode, thus directly breaking down the barrier of the ordinary audience participating in the information dissemination. Weibo has become a new medium for free speech, which makes direct feedback of personal opinion possible, and expands the path of individual democratic appeal. However, as a tool and communication channels, its dual character is particularly prominent. Weibo's characteristics of information communication make him an important force to influence the society, but it not only promotes the flat spread of information, but also has some negative effects. Weibo accelerates the transparency of information transmission and reduces the threshold of participation, speeds up the dissemination of news content and expands the news audience, obtains the trust degree superior to the traditional information communication platform and media, and reduces the cost of news participation. Increase false, false information accountability difficulty, but also catalyze the harmful effect of bad information. If the information civilization wants to progress, it is necessary to carry forward the positive value function of Weibo technology, and at the same time to restrain the negative value influence of Weibo technology, which is the inevitable result of natural selection. We can not take an evasive attitude towards some negative values, but we should grasp the aspects that are beneficial to the progress of human civilization, and see the essence through the phenomena so as to eliminate the negative value of Weibo's technology. Considering the value of Weibo's technology, guiding the realization of its positive value, amplifying the positive energy, promoting the elimination of its negative value, and suppressing the negative energy are a new subject to promote the healthy development of the technology of Weibo. Although many scholars are now studying Weibo's technology, most of the research only covers the fields of communication, marketing, management and pedagogy. However, there is little research on the philosophical value reflection and consideration of Weibo's technology. On the value level of Weibo's technology, this paper emphatically analyzes the positive and negative values in the political, economic, cultural, ethical, ecological and other aspects of Weibo's technology, and attempts to explore the value construction aspect of Weibo's technology. It also puts forward the way to realize the positive value of Weibo technology and the way to eliminate the negative value, so that the positive energy can be enlarged and the negative energy can be reduced.
