【摘要】：隨著全球化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),拉美國(guó)家面臨著開(kāi)放國(guó)際市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中更加激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)最終取決于教育;同時(shí),拉美國(guó)家業(yè)已存在的貧富差距懸殊和社會(huì)不公問(wèn)題更加嚴(yán)峻,教育在社會(huì)流動(dòng)中的作用得到強(qiáng)調(diào)。因此,拉美國(guó)家形成共識(shí)。提出了優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育、以教育促發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。然而,國(guó)際組織主導(dǎo)下的新自由主義教育改革并未能如愿成為解決拉美國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)頑疾的良方。未來(lái)拉美的教育改革應(yīng)該從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化四個(gè)維度全方位考王,準(zhǔn)備迎接全球化進(jìn)一步深入發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的新挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:As globalization intensifies, Latin American countries face more intense competition in an open international market environment, and economic empowerment ultimately depends on education; at the same time, The gap between the rich and the poor and social inequality in Latin America have become even more serious, and the role of education in social mobility has been emphasized. As a result, Latin American countries formed a consensus. The strategy of giving priority to the development of education and promoting the development of education is put forward. However, the neoliberal educational reform led by international organizations has not been the best way to solve the economic and social problems of Latin American countries. The education reform in Latin America in the future should be carried out from four dimensions of politics, economy, society and culture to prepare for the new challenges brought by the further development of globalization.
