【摘要】：鉆井施工是石油鉆井合作項(xiàng)目中最重要的關(guān)鍵性一步。鉆井施工的工程質(zhì)量、施工安全、施工隊(duì)伍的人員素質(zhì)和操作水平、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理水平以及施工各種關(guān)系的管理與配合等影響著項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度和石油合作開(kāi)發(fā)的程度。施工中做好各階段的管理工作,來(lái)確保施工安全和各種工序的安全運(yùn)行。鉆井合作中的施工管理越來(lái)越成為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理的重點(diǎn)和國(guó)際石油公司關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 文章首先針對(duì)目前中東地區(qū)石油合作環(huán)境特點(diǎn)做了詳盡論述,分析了影響石油合作項(xiàng)目施工的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)文化市場(chǎng)等因素,然后并對(duì)鉆井項(xiàng)目合作施工狀況進(jìn)行了論述。隨后文章就中東施工現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,接著對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理運(yùn)行模式和框架進(jìn)行研究和分析,最后結(jié)合中東地區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工作業(yè)實(shí)際,論述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工作業(yè)管理的運(yùn)行情況,并總結(jié)出了適合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理的一些方法措施。本文的目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)中東地區(qū)石油合作鉆井項(xiàng)目施工管理的探討與研究,進(jìn)一步激發(fā)中國(guó)石油企業(yè)走出去闖市場(chǎng)的決心,加強(qiáng)施工管理,認(rèn)清形勢(shì),明確目標(biāo),在中東鉆井市場(chǎng)站穩(wěn)腳步,進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮我們的技術(shù)人員等優(yōu)勢(shì),樹(shù)立鉆井施工質(zhì)量安全信譽(yù),打造海外知名鉆井品牌。同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和管理模式,提升自己的管理水平,建立健全項(xiàng)目管理制度,提高鉆井施工中溝通、配合、協(xié)調(diào)、協(xié)作能力,使石油合作項(xiàng)目不斷發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:Drilling construction is the most important key step in petroleum drilling cooperation project. The engineering quality, construction safety, personnel quality and operation level of the construction team, site management level and the management and cooperation of various kinds of construction relations affect the construction schedule and the degree of petroleum cooperation. In order to ensure the safety of construction and the safe operation of various processes, the management of each stage should be done well. Construction management in drilling cooperation has become the focal point of site construction management and the focus of international oil companies. In this paper, the characteristics of petroleum cooperation environment in the Middle East are discussed in detail, and the political, economic, social and cultural market influencing the construction of oil cooperation projects are analyzed, and then the status of oil drilling cooperative construction is discussed. Then the paper analyzes the present situation of construction in the Middle East, and then studies and analyzes the operation mode and frame of site construction management. Finally, the paper discusses the running situation of site construction operation management in the light of the construction practice in the Middle East region. Some methods and measures suitable for site construction management are summarized. The purpose of this paper is to further stimulate the determination of Chinese oil enterprises to go out into the market, strengthen construction management, recognize the situation and make clear the objectives through the discussion and research on the construction management of petroleum cooperative drilling projects in the Middle East region. In the Middle East drilling market stand firm, further play to our technical staff and other advantages, to establish the reputation of drilling quality and safety, to create overseas well-known drilling brand. At the same time, we should learn from the advanced foreign management experience and management mode, improve our management level, establish and perfect the project management system, and improve the ability of communication, cooperation, coordination and cooperation in drilling construction. Make the petroleum cooperation project develop and expand continuously.
