【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記高度重視生態(tài)文明建設(shè),無論在國內(nèi)主持重要會議、考察調(diào)研時,還是在國外訪問、出席國際會議之際,多次強調(diào)建設(shè)生態(tài)文明、維護生態(tài)安全。2015年3月24日,中央政治局會議審議通過《關(guān)于加快推進生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的意見》,明確要求"推進新型工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和綠色化"。黨的十八屆五中全會又提出"綠色發(fā)展"理念。這是黨中央根據(jù)十八大確立的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、文化和生態(tài)文明"五位一體"總體布局,首次明確提出"綠色化"的戰(zhàn)略要求和"綠色發(fā)展"理念。生態(tài)文明不僅成為黨的行
