【摘要】：隨著"走出去"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,中國(guó)企業(yè)的海外投資呈現(xiàn)出逐年遞增的趨勢(shì)。海外投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與收益并存,如何降低中國(guó)企業(yè)的海外投資所面臨的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越來(lái)越受到廣泛關(guān)注。本文針對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)海外投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別-風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估-風(fēng)險(xiǎn)定位-風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避為主線,構(gòu)建了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范體系,為中國(guó)企業(yè)更好地"走出去"提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the "going out" strategy, the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises is increasing year by year. Overseas investment risks and returns coexist. How to reduce the political and economic risks that Chinese enterprises face in overseas investment has been paid more and more attention. Aiming at how Chinese enterprises should deal with overseas investment risks, this paper takes risk identification, risk assessment, risk orientation and risk aversion as the main line, constructs a risk prevention system, and provides reference for Chinese enterprises to "go out" better.
