【摘要】：高等研究院體制作為學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新的一種制度設(shè)計(jì),已經(jīng)得到全球的認(rèn)同與接納。普林斯頓高等研究院的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)是高起點(diǎn)的組織定位、高度的學(xué)術(shù)自由、高端的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)、高品質(zhì)的學(xué)術(shù)建制和高額充裕的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)費(fèi)。隨著世界范圍政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的發(fā)展變化,高等研究院體制今天正面臨包括高端人才、經(jīng)費(fèi)籌措、學(xué)術(shù)自由以及科研合作等方面的挑戰(zhàn),這些挑戰(zhàn)也對(duì)處于起步階段的我國高等研究院造成沖擊。結(jié)合中國現(xiàn)實(shí)改造普林斯頓經(jīng)驗(yàn)既是我國高等研究院體制良性發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,也能夠?yàn)槲覈?雙一流"建設(shè)提供有效借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a system design of academic innovation, higher institute system has been recognized and accepted by the whole world. The successful experience of Princeton Institute of higher Education is a high level of organizational positioning, a high degree of academic freedom, a high-end research team, a high quality academic establishment and a high level of operating expenses. With the development of politics, economy and culture around the world, the institution of higher learning is facing challenges including high-end talents, financing, academic freedom and scientific research cooperation. These challenges also impact the Chinese Academy of higher Studies, which is in its infancy. Combining with the reality of China, the experience of transforming Princeton is not only the key to the benign development of the institution of higher learning in China, but also can provide an effective reference for the construction of "double first-class" in our country.
