【摘要】：國際貨幣政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為貨幣國際化除了受經(jīng)濟(jì)影響因素之外,還受到政治因素的影響。國際貨幣政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中有關(guān)國際貨幣的分類以及政治因素影響貨幣國際化使用的兩種方式,為探討人民幣國際化提供了一個(gè)可供借鑒的分析框架。根據(jù)協(xié)商貨幣定義中涉及到的外交協(xié)商、自愿激勵(lì)和區(qū)域政治經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力三方面對人民幣國際化展開分析。中國政府在推進(jìn)人民幣國際化時(shí),通過外交協(xié)商與合作、獲得外國政府和外國私人部門自愿支持以及發(fā)揮區(qū)域政治經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力為人民幣在境外使用搭建平臺。
[Abstract]:The international monetary political economy thinks that currency internationalization is not only affected by economic factors, but also influenced by political factors. The classification of international currency in the international monetary political economy and the two ways in which political factors affect the internationalization of currency provide an analytical framework for the discussion of RMB internationalization. According to the diplomatic negotiation, voluntary incentive and regional political and economic influence involved in the definition of negotiated currency, the internationalization of RMB is analyzed. In promoting the internationalization of the renminbi, the Chinese government has obtained voluntary support from foreign governments and the foreign private sector through diplomatic consultation and cooperation, as well as exerting regional political and economic influence to set up a platform for the use of the renminbi abroad.
