【摘要】：以中國的"面子文化"和高權(quán)力距離導(dǎo)向?yàn)槲幕尘?構(gòu)建以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信任為中介變量的員工政治技能對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)納言影響的概念模型。以江蘇省的139名高新技術(shù)企業(yè)員工為研究樣本,對模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:員工政治技能對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)納言有顯著正向影響,員工政治技能越高,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)越傾向于對其建言做出采納;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信任在員工政治技能與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)納言間起到了部分中介作用,這表明員工政治技能有利于提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信任進(jìn)而促進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)納言。
[Abstract]:Based on China's "face culture" and "high power distance orientation", this paper constructs a conceptual model of the influence of employee's political skills on leadership speech with leadership trust as an intermediary variable. Based on 139 employees of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the model is validated. The results show that: the higher the staff's political skills are, the more inclined the leaders are to adopt their suggestions; Leadership trust plays an intermediary role between employee's political skill and leader's speech, which indicates that employee's political skill is helpful to enhance leader's trust and promote leader's speech.
