【摘要】：泡沫經(jīng)濟(jì)崩潰以來,結(jié)構(gòu)性改革始終被視為解決日本經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力的有效處方。2012年末啟動的安倍政府同樣意識到結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要性,并希望通過經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)改革和制度結(jié)構(gòu)改革兩個維度統(tǒng)合實(shí)施結(jié)構(gòu)性改革相關(guān)措施。盡管其中不乏亮點(diǎn),但因政策自身存在嚴(yán)重缺陷,加之改革進(jìn)程受到傳統(tǒng)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)營體系的制約,致使"安倍經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"所倡導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革未能取得預(yù)期效果。這一改革的失敗,暴露出日本經(jīng)濟(jì)依舊存在政策的"妥協(xié)性"與市場的"有限性"等結(jié)構(gòu)性弊端。
[Abstract]:Since the collapse of the bubble economy, structural reforms have been seen as an effective prescription for Japan's weak economic recovery. Abe's government, which started in late 2012, is also aware of the importance of structural reforms. The author also hopes to combine the two dimensions of economic structural reform and institutional structural reform to implement the relevant measures of structural reform. Although there are some bright spots, the structural reform advocated by Abenomics fails to achieve the expected results because of the serious defects of the policy itself and the restriction of the reform process by the traditional political and economic operation system. The failure of the reform exposed the structural shortcomings of the Japanese economy, such as "compromise" of policy and "finiteness" of market.
