【摘要】：中國(guó)正興起進(jìn)一步深化改革浪潮,綠色金融創(chuàng)新風(fēng)起云涌。綠色金融發(fā)展需要知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、科技創(chuàng)新、資本創(chuàng)新、資源創(chuàng)新為前提,這些創(chuàng)新又需要政策創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新去催化,推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)邊界擴(kuò)展,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新組合與客戶效用的有機(jī)結(jié)合,所有創(chuàng)新都與市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新結(jié)盟,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色金融與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、人文協(xié)同發(fā)展,即八大創(chuàng)新共同筑就中華崛起之路。綠色金融要成功創(chuàng)新,必須堅(jiān)持理念先行、制度先行、組織先行、協(xié)同先行,以協(xié)同先行促發(fā)展先行,以理論先行促進(jìn)全球資源合作先行,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)以人民幣為中心的全球人財(cái)物的交流、合作、配置先行,才能推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。綠色金融要成功創(chuàng)新,必須在大局觀念、主體觀念、創(chuàng)新觀念指導(dǎo)下,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、金融創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新和戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),才能實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值創(chuàng)新最大化。因此,綠色金融創(chuàng)新既要與全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展大棋局相協(xié)同,又要通過(guò)綠色金融集聚區(qū)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模范作用,引領(lǐng)全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,還要通過(guò)創(chuàng)新區(qū)的先行優(yōu)勢(shì),及時(shí)吸收、接納、融合全球創(chuàng)新浪潮的新成果,只有這樣的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,才會(huì)讓創(chuàng)新效果全國(guó)化、先行力量全球化,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧為基礎(chǔ)的"智本創(chuàng)新"成為整合全球政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融、人文、資源的指導(dǎo)思想。
[Abstract]:China is rising to further deepen the wave of reform, green financial innovation surging. Green finance development needs knowledge innovation, science and technology innovation, capital innovation, resource innovation as the premise, these innovations need policy innovation and management innovation to catalyze, promote the expansion of market boundaries. In order to realize the organic combination of innovation combination and customer utility, all innovations are aligned with market innovation, so as to realize green finance and industrial upgrading, humanistic coordinated development, that is, the eight major innovations build a common road to the rise of China. In order to successfully innovate, green finance must insist on the idea first, the system first, the organization first, the cooperation first, promote the development by the cooperation first, and promote the global resource cooperation first with the theory. Therefore, the sustainable development of China's economy can be promoted only through the exchange, cooperation and allocation of the global people and property with RMB as the center. In order to successfully innovate green finance, it is necessary to cooperate with resources innovation, system innovation, management innovation, technology innovation, product innovation, financial innovation, market innovation and strategic innovation under the guidance of overall situation concept, main body idea and innovation idea. Can realize the value innovation maximization. Therefore, green financial innovation should not only coordinate with the big chess game of the national economic development, but also lead the national economic development through the innovative development model role of the green financial agglomeration area, and should be absorbed and accepted in time through the leading advantage of the innovation area.
