【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,塞繆爾·亨廷頓提出了"文明沖突論",認(rèn)為未來國(guó)際關(guān)系沖突的根源是文化而不是意識(shí)形態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)。這是在西方國(guó)家長(zhǎng)期盛行的文化霸權(quán)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)民族宗教問題和地區(qū)沖突愈演愈烈的狀態(tài)而提出的理論,本質(zhì)上延續(xù)了兩極格局時(shí)期的意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭(zhēng)。從地緣政治學(xué)的視角看,文明沖突論忽視了政治經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在國(guó)際社會(huì)交往中的重要作用,也忽略了地緣政治環(huán)境對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)政治秩序和地區(qū)政治局勢(shì)的強(qiáng)勢(shì)影響作用。要以客觀的立場(chǎng)看待文明沖突論的缺失,以"求同存異"的態(tài)度實(shí)現(xiàn)不同文明群體之間的和諧共存。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, Samuel Huntington put forward the theory of clash of Civilizations, which thought that the root of the conflict of international relations in the future was culture, not ideology and economy. On the basis of the cultural hegemony that has prevailed for a long time in western countries, this theory has been put forward in view of the ethnic and religious problems and the intensified state of regional conflicts, which in essence has continued the ideological struggle in the period of bipolar pattern. From the perspective of geopolitics, the theory of conflict of civilization neglects the important role of political and economic factors in international social interaction, and also ignores the strong influence of geopolitical environment on domestic political order and regional political situation. The absence of the theory of clash of civilizations should be viewed from an objective standpoint, and the harmonious coexistence among different groups of civilizations should be realized with the attitude of seeking common ground while reserving differences.
