【摘要】：身處復(fù)雜的社會轉(zhuǎn)型期，青年農(nóng)民出現(xiàn)一系列價(jià)值觀扭曲問題，如盲目拜金、價(jià)值取向不明、義利不清等，上述問題會導(dǎo)致青年農(nóng)民出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的心理失衡，妨礙青年農(nóng)民成長以及阻礙和諧社會的構(gòu)建，最終影響農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的推進(jìn)。因此，在社會轉(zhuǎn)型背景下，青年農(nóng)民的價(jià)值觀問題是必須著力解決與直接面對的課題。 本文以黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀作為研究對象，從青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀的調(diào)查入手，分析了當(dāng)代黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀特征和形成原因，指出在轉(zhuǎn)型期培育青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀所具有的重要意義，探討了在轉(zhuǎn)型期大背景下如何培育青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀問題，最終提出了以社會主義核心價(jià)值觀為引領(lǐng)、引導(dǎo)黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民樹立正確價(jià)值觀的一些合理化建議。本研究有利于進(jìn)一步澄清黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民的價(jià)值觀狀況，為引導(dǎo)黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民形成正確價(jià)值觀提供參考，并力圖對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀問題的理論與實(shí)踐研究有所貢獻(xiàn)。 本文主要由五個(gè)部分組成：第一部分是緒論，主要介紹論文研究的目的、意義、現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)容和方法等。第二部分對青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀體系、社會主義核心價(jià)值觀、價(jià)值觀等青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了分析，同時(shí)還研究了黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀變遷的時(shí)代背景。第三部分結(jié)合社會調(diào)查，以義利觀、擇業(yè)觀、知識觀、鄉(xiāng)土觀、婚育觀、需求觀為切入點(diǎn)闡析轉(zhuǎn)型期黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀的變化，并對價(jià)值觀的變遷狀況進(jìn)行評價(jià)。第四部分具體分析了影響青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀的五個(gè)方面，即政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會、農(nóng)民自身等。第五部分闡析了推進(jìn)黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀轉(zhuǎn)型的有效路徑。本文認(rèn)為，黑龍江省青年農(nóng)民價(jià)值觀的培育應(yīng)從以下五個(gè)方面著手：一是將社會主義核心價(jià)值觀當(dāng)作工作重心和起點(diǎn)；二是以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不斷推進(jìn)青年農(nóng)民生活風(fēng)尚轉(zhuǎn)型；三是不斷改善社會生活環(huán)境，逐步影響人們朝積極向上的方向發(fā)展；四是大力發(fā)展面向青年農(nóng)民的文化教育，提升素質(zhì)；五是充分發(fā)揮黨組織對青年農(nóng)民的教育與引導(dǎo)作用，，提升青年政治覺悟。
[Abstract]:In the complex social transition period, young peasants have a series of value distortion problems, such as blind worship of money, unclear value orientation, unclear interests and so on. These problems will lead to serious psychological imbalance of young farmers. Hinders the growth of young farmers and hinders the construction of a harmonious society, and ultimately affects the advancement of rural modernization. Therefore, under the background of social transformation, the problem of the values of young peasants must be solved and faced directly. This paper takes the values of young peasants in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, starting with the investigation of the values of young peasants, analyzes the current characteristics and causes of the values of young peasants in contemporary Heilongjiang Province. This paper points out the important significance of cultivating the values of young peasants in the transition period, probes into how to cultivate the values of young peasants under the background of the transition period, and finally puts forward the guidance of socialist core values. Some reasonable suggestions to guide young peasants in Heilongjiang Province to set up correct values. This study is helpful to further clarify the status of the values of young farmers in Heilongjiang Province, and provide a reference for guiding young farmers in Heilongjiang Province to form correct values. It also tries to contribute to the theoretical and practical research on the values of young peasants in China. This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose, significance, current situation, content and method of the paper. The second part analyzes the related theories of the values of young peasants, such as the system of values of young peasants, socialist core values, and so on. At the same time, it also studies the background of the change of the values of young peasants in Heilongjiang Province. The third part analyzes the change of the values of the young peasants in Heilongjiang Province in the transition period, and evaluates the changes of the values of the young peasants in the transition period, with the view of justice and profit, the view of employment, the view of knowledge, the view of local land, the view of marriage and childbearing, and the view of demand as the starting point of the social investigation. The fourth part analyzes the five aspects that affect the values of young peasants, namely politics, economy, culture, society, farmers themselves. The fifth part illustrates the effective way to promote the transformation of the values of young peasants in Heilongjiang Province. This paper holds that the cultivation of the values of young peasants in Heilongjiang Province should be carried out from the following five aspects: first, the core values of socialism should be regarded as the focus and starting point of work; second, the transformation of the lifestyle of young peasants should be promoted with the development of economy. Third, to continuously improve the social living environment and gradually influence people to develop in a positive and upward direction; fourth, to vigorously develop cultural education for young peasants and enhance their quality; and fifthly, to give full play to the role of party organizations in educating and guiding young peasants. Raise the political consciousness of young people.
