【摘要】：當(dāng)下我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)全面轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域都在不斷變動(dòng)，社會(huì)矛盾凸顯，突發(fā)事件頻發(fā)。作為社會(huì)有機(jī)體的重要構(gòu)成，大眾媒體受到各種變動(dòng)因素的影響，出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題，其中就有媒體公信力的缺失。突發(fā)事件報(bào)道具有得天獨(dú)厚的新聞價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值，向來(lái)是國(guó)內(nèi)外各大媒體競(jìng)相追逐的焦點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)。突發(fā)事件報(bào)道所獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn)相較普通報(bào)道更加考驗(yàn)媒體的應(yīng)對(duì)能力，同時(shí)也吸引著公眾的眼球，是培育與提升媒體公信力的最佳土壤。 本文在研究背景中將突發(fā)事件的頻發(fā)與社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型大背景聯(lián)系起來(lái)，使得對(duì)突發(fā)事件的研究具有了理論的延伸和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。媒體公信力主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面：媒體的新聞理念、媒體的報(bào)道方式以及新聞從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)。從這三個(gè)方面對(duì)我國(guó)媒體公信力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，得知我國(guó)的媒體公信力現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀(guān)。在突發(fā)事件報(bào)道的背景下構(gòu)建媒體公信力，不但有利于媒體的發(fā)展與提升，也有助于社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、輿論的正確引導(dǎo)以及國(guó)家形象的塑造。 根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)型期公信力缺失問(wèn)題的主要體現(xiàn)和現(xiàn)狀，本文歸納出媒體在對(duì)突發(fā)事件進(jìn)行報(bào)道時(shí)主要存在三方面問(wèn)題：在報(bào)道理念上，缺乏責(zé)任感和務(wù)實(shí)作風(fēng)，盲目求快；在報(bào)道方式上，主觀(guān)色彩濃厚，對(duì)內(nèi)容審核不足；在從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)上，應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)性報(bào)道綜合素質(zhì)不足。每個(gè)方面都通過(guò)近年發(fā)生的重大突發(fā)事件進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)于媒體公信力缺失的分析，本文從媒介環(huán)境中的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化因素對(duì)媒體的影響這一外部原因，以及媒體商業(yè)化的雙刃劍影響、技術(shù)進(jìn)步以及多元格局導(dǎo)致大眾媒體權(quán)威瓦解、媒體自身發(fā)展過(guò)程中的失范等內(nèi)部原因兩方面入手，，可知媒體公信力的缺失不僅危及大眾媒體自己的生存與發(fā)展，也會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)造成危害。本文最后從完善保障制度和快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制、提高傳媒自身的媒體素養(yǎng)、以及加強(qiáng)受眾的媒體素養(yǎng)教育等三個(gè)方面，探討了轉(zhuǎn)型期背景下突發(fā)事件報(bào)道中媒體公信力構(gòu)建的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, political, economic, social fields are constantly changing, social contradictions highlight, frequent emergencies. As an important component of social organism, mass media is affected by various changing factors, and there are many problems, among which there is a lack of media credibility. Emergency reporting has unique news value and social value, which has always been the focus and hot spot pursued by the major media at home and abroad. The unique characteristics of emergency reporting test media's coping ability more than ordinary reports, but also attract the public's attention. It is the best soil to cultivate and enhance the credibility of the media. In this paper, the frequent occurrence of emergencies and the social transformation background are connected in the research background, which makes the research of emergencies have theoretical extension and practical basis. The credibility of media is mainly reflected in three aspects: the news idea of media, the way of media reporting and the quality of journalists. This paper analyzes the present situation of media credibility in China from these three aspects, and finds out that the present situation of media credibility in our country is not optimistic. Under the background of emergency report, constructing media credibility is not only conducive to the development and promotion of media, but also conducive to the stable development of society, the correct guidance of public opinion and the shaping of national image. According to the main reflection and present situation of the lack of credibility in the transition period, this paper concludes that there are three main problems in the media reporting on unexpected events: lack of sense of responsibility and pragmatic style in the reporting concept, blind pursuit of speed; In the way of reporting, the subjective color is strong, the content is not checked enough, and the quality of the practitioners is not enough. Each aspect is analyzed by major emergencies that have occurred in recent years. For the lack of credibility of the media, this article from the media environment of the political, economic, cultural factors on the media, as well as the impact of the media commercialization of the double-edged sword influence, The technological progress and the pluralistic pattern lead to the disintegration of the authority of the mass media, and the internal reasons of the media's own development, such as the loss of the credibility of the media, which not only endanger the survival and development of the mass media itself, but also lead to the breakdown of the authority of the mass media. It can also do harm to society. Finally, from three aspects: perfecting the security system and the rapid reaction mechanism, improving the media literacy of the media itself, and strengthening the media literacy education of the audience, This paper discusses the specific path of media credibility construction in emergency reporting under the background of transition period.
