【摘要】：村民委員會(huì)直接選舉作為我國(guó)一項(xiàng)基本的政治制度的一環(huán),對(duì)我國(guó)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和開(kāi)展有重要影響。然而我國(guó)村民委員會(huì)選舉中存在的賄選問(wèn)題,惡劣影響了農(nóng)村的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化建設(shè),因此迫切需要消除賄選帶來(lái)的不利影響,全方位地積極解決賄選問(wèn)題,為"十三五"規(guī)劃在農(nóng)村的開(kāi)展提供政治保證。
[Abstract]:As a basic political system of our country, the direct election of villagers' committee has an important influence on the implementation and development of the "four comprehensive" strategies in our country. However, the problem of bribery in the election of villagers' committees in our country has adversely affected the political, economic and cultural construction in rural areas. Therefore, it is urgent to eliminate the adverse effects of bribery and actively solve the problem of bribery in all directions. To provide political guarantee for the third five-year Plan in rural areas.
