【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)正在深刻改變著各個行業(yè)，對于廣播電視傳輸行業(yè)，正發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化，基于不同技術(shù)的電視傳輸媒介形成了不同的競爭集團(tuán)，特別是OTT TV對傳統(tǒng)電視產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了前所未有的顛覆。本課題根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理的一般理論，就河北無線地面數(shù)字電視網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略展開研究，尋找當(dāng)前政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和技術(shù)環(huán)境對無線地面數(shù)字電視網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有利契機(jī)；無線地面數(shù)字電視網(wǎng)必須突破自身的局限，為用戶創(chuàng)造更多的價值，提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，努力實現(xiàn)民生廣電的公益價值；通過河北廣播電視技術(shù)中心現(xiàn)有的資源、價值鏈和業(yè)務(wù)組合分析，尋找差距，確定需要彌補的短板，重新對DTV進(jìn)行市場定位。依據(jù)市場定位，確立電視網(wǎng)建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略和承載業(yè)務(wù)策略，通過分析國內(nèi)外數(shù)字電視化案例的經(jīng)驗，提出了電視網(wǎng)發(fā)展的橫向一體化戰(zhàn)略、密集型戰(zhàn)略和平臺型戰(zhàn)略；在確定業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略后，，整合產(chǎn)業(yè)資源，根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的分工，選擇有共同利益的合作伙伴，構(gòu)筑適合河北省的電視傳輸產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。
[Abstract]:The Internet is profoundly changing the various industries. For the broadcasting and television transmission industry, great changes are taking place. Television transmission media based on different technologies have formed different competitive groups. OTT TV, in particular, has overturned the traditional television industry as never before. According to the general theory of strategic management, this paper studies the business development strategy of Hebei wireless terrestrial digital television network, and looks for a favorable opportunity for the development of wireless terrestrial digital television network in the current political, economic, social and technological environment. The wireless terrestrial digital television network must break through its own limitations, create more value for its users, provide more high-quality services, and strive to realize the public welfare value of the people's livelihood, radio and television; through the existing resources of the Hebei Radio and Television Technology Center, Value chain and business combination analysis, to find the gap, to determine the need to make up for the short board, re-positioning DTV market. According to the market orientation, the construction strategy and carrying service strategy of TV network are established. By analyzing the experience of domestic and foreign digital TV cases, the horizontal integration strategy, intensive strategy and platform-type strategy of TV network development are put forward. After determining the business development strategy, we should integrate the industrial resources, select the partners with common interests according to the division of labor in the industrial chain, and build a strategic alliance of TV transmission industry suitable for Hebei Province.
