“泛娛樂化”與網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯的社會責任研究

【摘要】:隨著信息時代的來臨,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一新興的“第四媒介”①迅速得到應(yīng)用和普及,成為人們?nèi)粘I詈凸ぷ鲗W(xué)習(xí)中必不可少的重要工具,對整個人類的社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等方方面面產(chǎn)生著巨大的影響力。但是,網(wǎng)絡(luò)以其超越其他大眾媒介的獨有特性在給人類生活帶來便捷的同時,也帶來了許多負面影響,其中就包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)的“泛娛樂化”傾向。在我國,網(wǎng)絡(luò)“泛娛樂化”現(xiàn)象有愈演愈烈之勢。許多網(wǎng)民流連于網(wǎng)絡(luò)只是為了網(wǎng)上閑聊、玩網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物等;為滿足低級趣味多關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)低俗娛樂新聞事件;樂于觀看色情類惡搞類的圖片、視頻、帖子等。可以說,網(wǎng)絡(luò)“泛娛樂化”不斷侵蝕著中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,腐化著中國網(wǎng)民的思想,更對網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的公信力提出了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動的把關(guān)者和管理者,對這一現(xiàn)象的蔓延負有不可推卸的責任。在消費主義思潮的侵襲下,一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯因職業(yè)素養(yǎng)不高、迎合點擊率與追求經(jīng)濟效益等多種緣由,不能堅守社會責任,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)“泛娛樂化”現(xiàn)象不僅沒有起到良好的抵制作用,甚至是縱容、加速了這種現(xiàn)象的發(fā)展勢頭。要抵制網(wǎng)絡(luò)“泛娛樂化”,必須要求網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯切實樹立社會責任,加強自我的專業(yè)素質(zhì)與職業(yè)意識的培養(yǎng),使其樹立正確的“把關(guān)人”責任意識,注重正面引導(dǎo)社會輿論與堅持主流價值觀,把握好提高網(wǎng)站收益與承擔社會責任的辯證關(guān)系。同時,還要求政府相關(guān)部門必須大力加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)精神文明建設(shè)、加快網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播法制建設(shè)進程以及需要廣大網(wǎng)民發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)督作用,共同促進網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the Internet, a new "fourth medium", has been rapidly applied and popularized, and has become an indispensable and important tool in people's daily life and work and study, which is of great importance to the whole human society, politics and economy. Culture and other aspects have great influence. However, with its unique characteristics beyond other mass media, the Internet brings convenience to human life, but also brings a lot of negative effects, including the tendency of "pan-entertainment" of the network. In our country, network "pan-entertainment" phenomenon has a growing trend. Many Internet users are on the Internet just to chat, play online games, do online shopping, to satisfy the vulgar network entertainment news events; happy to watch pornographic images, videos, posts and so on. It can be said that the network "pan-entertainment" is constantly eroding China's excellent traditional culture, corrupting the thought of Chinese netizens, and posing a severe challenge to the credibility of network media. As the gatekeeper and manager of network activities, network editors bear the unshirkable responsibility for the spread of this phenomenon. Under the attack of consumerism, some network editors are unable to stick to social responsibility because their professional qualities are not high, they cater to the click rate and pursue economic benefits, and so on. The phenomenon of "pan-entertainment" has not played a good resistance, even connivance, which accelerates the development of this phenomenon. In order to resist the "pan-entertainment" of the network, it is necessary for the network editors to set up social responsibility, strengthen the cultivation of their own professional quality and professional consciousness, and make them have a correct sense of "gatekeeper" responsibility. Pay attention to the positive guidance of public opinion and adhere to the mainstream values, and grasp the dialectical relationship between improving the revenue of the website and assuming social responsibility. At the same time, the relevant government departments must strengthen the construction of network spiritual civilization, speed up the construction process of network communication legal system, and need the vast number of Internet users to exert the role of network supervision, so as to jointly promote the healthy and orderly development of network media.
