【摘要】：在當前市場經(jīng)濟價值多元性的背景下，當代中國文明建設(shè)正進行全方位、立體化、多維度的推進。政治、經(jīng)濟、社會等方面必須同時協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，政治文明發(fā)展是其中的重要領(lǐng)域。政治文明的發(fā)展必須實現(xiàn)民主，這是歷史發(fā)展的趨向。民主政治作為一種現(xiàn)代的政治文明不僅僅代表政治建設(shè)本身的價值，而且是當代中國社會主義建設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)性推進的重要組成部分。當改革進入攻堅時期時，傳統(tǒng)的政治類型、政治手段必然對現(xiàn)代政治文明的建設(shè)起到阻礙作用，使我國的民主政治建設(shè)陷入發(fā)展困境，制約著我國人民民主的要求和市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 本文分為四個部分：第一部分對民主政治的概念進行界定，當代中國進行的民主政治建設(shè)是建立馬克思主義民主理論基礎(chǔ)上的，同時簡要的總結(jié)了我國民主政治建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程；第二部分是從權(quán)力崇拜的深厚社會土壤、共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政能力和執(zhí)政方式面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)、人民作為權(quán)力主體在政治參與中主體性發(fā)揮的不充分三方面，分析當代中國在民主政治建設(shè)過程中所出現(xiàn)的困境表現(xiàn)；第三部分是從唯物史觀的生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的矛盾運動，以及經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)與政治上層建筑的關(guān)系入手，對所出現(xiàn)的困境進行根本原因的追問，此外，傳統(tǒng)政治文化的局限性也是困境出現(xiàn)的主要原因；第四部分則是針對當代中國民主政治建設(shè)過程中所出現(xiàn)的困境，從完善社會主義經(jīng)濟和政治體制改革、發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主以推動人民民主、堅持推進依法治國、健全監(jiān)督機制、充分發(fā)揮人民在政治參與的主體性等方面尋求超越路徑。 本文的創(chuàng)新點是從馬克思主義哲學(xué)的角度，以唯物史觀為切入點，從產(chǎn)生困境的本質(zhì)出發(fā)，來審視中國民主建設(shè)的困境，并尋求超越困境的路徑。力圖通過唯物史觀的理論，通過對中國民主政治建設(shè)的困境研究，為推進中國民主政治建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)，，為完善中國民主政治建設(shè)，構(gòu)建政治文明的和諧社會提供一些建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of pluralistic value of market economy, the construction of contemporary Chinese civilization is advancing in all directions, three dimensions. Politics, economy, society and so on must coordinate the development at the same time, political civilization development is one of the important fields. The development of political civilization must realize democracy, which is the trend of historical development. As a modern political civilization, democratic politics not only represents the value of political construction itself, but also is an important part of the structural advancement of socialist construction in contemporary China. When the reform entered the critical period, the traditional political types and political means inevitably hindered the construction of the modern political civilization, which caused the democratic political construction of our country to fall into the predicament of development. It restricts the demand of democracy and the development of market economy. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part defines the concept of democratic politics. The construction of democratic politics in contemporary China is based on Marxist democratic theory. The second part is from the deep social soil of power worship, the ruling ability and the ruling way of the Communist Party face the enormous challenge. The people, as the main body of power, do not give full play to their subjectivity in the process of political participation, and analyze the plight of contemporary China in the process of democratic political construction. The third part is the contradictory movement between productive forces and relations of production in historical materialism. In addition, the limitation of traditional political culture is the main reason of the predicament. The fourth part is aimed at the difficulties in the process of democratic political construction in contemporary China, from perfecting the reform of socialist economic and political system, developing inner-party democracy to promote people's democracy, insisting on promoting the rule of law, and perfecting the supervision mechanism. Give full play to the people's subjectivity in political participation and seek a transcendental path. The innovation of this paper is to examine the dilemma of China's democratic construction from the angle of Marxist philosophy, taking historical materialism as the starting point and starting from the essence of the predicament, and to seek the way to surmount it. Through the theory of historical materialism and the study of the predicament of China's democratic political construction, this paper provides theoretical basis for promoting the construction of China's democratic politics, and provides some suggestions for perfecting the construction of China's democratic politics and constructing a harmonious society of political civilization.
