【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國與俄羅斯在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等各個領(lǐng)域的國際交流不斷深入,兩國的法律交流也日趨頻繁,法律翻譯的重要性也逐漸凸顯。然而法律翻譯除了要求譯者具有雙語言能力,還要具備法律專業(yè)能力,是一個極具挑戰(zhàn)的領(lǐng)域。《俄羅斯聯(lián)邦警察法》是一部全面、完備的警察法典,對這部法律的翻譯和了解不僅有利于我國公民在國際交往中更好地維護自身利益,也利于深化兩國警務(wù)合作和交流。本翻譯報告以該法律文本的前三章翻譯為例,總結(jié)了法律翻譯過程中的一些翻譯策略。報告分為四個部分:第一章介紹項目背景和譯前準備;第二章對目標文本的語言特點進行了詞匯和句式上的分析,第三章介紹了該法律漢譯過程中使用到的翻譯技巧;第四章對整個翻譯過程進行總結(jié),并且指出在翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和不足,以吸取經(jīng)驗教訓,并為以后同類翻譯提供借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of international exchanges between China and Russia in the political, economic, cultural and other fields, the legal exchanges between the two countries are becoming more and more frequent, and the importance of legal translation is becoming increasingly prominent. However, legal translation not only requires the translator to have bilingualism, but also has legal professional ability, which is a challenging field. The Law on the Police of the Russian Federation is a comprehensive and complete police code. The translation and understanding of this law is not only conducive to the protection of our citizens' interests in international exchanges, but also conducive to deepening the police cooperation and exchanges between the two countries. Taking the first three chapters of the legal text as examples, this paper summarizes some translation strategies in the process of legal translation. The report is divided into four parts: the first chapter introduces the background of the project and the preparation before translation, the second chapter makes a lexical and sentence analysis of the target text, and the third chapter introduces the translation techniques used in the process of translating the law into Chinese. The fourth chapter summarizes the whole process of translation and points out the problems and shortcomings in the process of translation in order to draw lessons from the experience and provide reference and inspiration for similar translation in the future.
