【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日益深化，美元的霸權(quán)地位正在逐步弱化，同時(shí)新興市場經(jīng)濟(jì)國家實(shí)力迅速上升，單一主權(quán)貨幣所主導(dǎo)的國際貨幣體系由于其內(nèi)在的不穩(wěn)定因素已經(jīng)越來越不適應(yīng)當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求。為改善目前全球貨幣體系的不穩(wěn)定性和減少經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的破壞性、建立多元化國際貨幣體系已經(jīng)成為大勢所趨。近些年來,新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體在在世界舞臺(tái)上扮演的角色越來越重要，越來越積極的參與多邊合作，謀求建設(shè)國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序和改革國際貨幣體系，，在國際金融體系中的地位和作用不斷提高。盧布國際化就是在這一背景下進(jìn)行的。 本文通過評(píng)述國際貨幣體系的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的缺陷闡明盧布國際化的理論背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義；通過盧布國際化的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、主要的實(shí)施步驟、以及主要的制約因素對(duì)盧布國際化的結(jié)果作出評(píng)價(jià)；從而做出總結(jié)，闡述俄羅斯在金融領(lǐng)域的教訓(xùn)對(duì)人民幣國際化的啟示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the globalization of economy , the hegemony status of the United States dollar is weakening gradually , while the national strength of emerging market economy rises rapidly , and the international monetary system dominated by single sovereign currency has become the trend of the world economy . In recent years , the role of emerging economies in the world stage has become increasingly important . This paper reviews the current situation of international monetary system and the defects of the international monetary system , and expounds the theoretical background and practical significance of the international monetary system .
Through the macro - economic foundation , the main implementation steps and the main constraint factors of the internationalization of Lubub , the result of the internationalization of Lubu is evaluated .
Therefore , a summary is made to illustrate the enlightenment of Russia ' s lessons in the field of finance to the internationalization of RMB .
