【摘要】：新疆作為全國(guó)地緣戰(zhàn)略形勢(shì)中的上游地帶,對(duì)于古代和近代的東方中央政權(quán)而言,在不同時(shí)期發(fā)揮著戰(zhàn)略側(cè)翼、屏障、后方以及經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的交流通道這四種價(jià)值。但它們并非是固定不變的,新疆的地緣戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值在很大程度上是由中央政權(quán)的治疆政策和對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略以及它周邊的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)所決定。立足于當(dāng)代,綜合軍事地理和經(jīng)濟(jì)地理這兩個(gè)維度來(lái)研究,新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)內(nèi)部的戰(zhàn)略地理形勢(shì)可以劃分為相互包含和交叉的六個(gè)部分。通過(guò)對(duì)這六個(gè)部分的分析,再結(jié)合"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供的新機(jī)遇和新定位,本文認(rèn)為新疆的地緣戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值發(fā)生了新變,為實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆、全國(guó)以及周邊國(guó)家的安定與發(fā)展,新疆應(yīng)積極完善并發(fā)揮它新的四大地緣戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang, as the upstream region of the national geo-strategic situation, plays the four values of strategic flank, barrier, rear and economic and cultural communication channel for the eastern central regime in ancient and modern times. However, they are not fixed, and the geo-strategic value of Xinjiang is determined to a great extent by the central government's policy of ruling Xinjiang and its foreign strategy, as well as the political and economic situation around it. Based on the contemporary and comprehensive study of military geography and economic geography, the strategic geographical situation in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region can be divided into six parts which include and intersect each other. Through the analysis of these six parts and the new opportunities and new positioning provided by the construction of "Belt and Road", this paper holds that the geo-strategic value of Xinjiang has undergone new changes, in order to realize the stability and development of Xinjiang, the whole country and the surrounding countries. Xinjiang should actively improve and give play to its new four geo-strategic values.
