【摘要】:加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村教育是提高農(nóng)村人力資本總含量,提高農(nóng)村人口對政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化參與能力,縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距的根本途徑,然而我國農(nóng)村當(dāng)前卻普遍出現(xiàn)了教育貧困的現(xiàn)象。有鑒于此,文章從社會(huì)宏觀環(huán)境、村莊中觀環(huán)境、家庭微觀環(huán)境三個(gè)角度對農(nóng)村教育貧困產(chǎn)生的根源進(jìn)行了剖析,進(jìn)而針對性的提出改革社會(huì)教育體制、培育農(nóng)村教育環(huán)境,改善家庭學(xué)習(xí)氛圍三個(gè)農(nóng)村教育反貧困措施,旨在提高農(nóng)村教育水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Strengthening rural education is the fundamental way to improve the total human capital content in rural areas, improve the rural population's participation in political, economic and cultural participation, and reduce the gap between urban and rural areas. However, the current phenomenon of educational poverty is common in the rural areas of our country. In view of this, the article from the social macro environment, the village middle view environment, and the family micro environment three angles. This paper analyzes the origin of rural education poverty, and then proposes to reform the social education system, cultivate the rural education environment and improve the three rural education anti poverty measures, aiming at improving the level of rural education and realizing the harmonious development of the urban and rural economy.
