【摘要】：本報(bào)告是以2013年溫家寶總理在兩會(huì)上做的2013年政府工作報(bào)告為材料,模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯環(huán)境而做的一次交替?zhèn)髯g口譯實(shí)踐。本次模擬實(shí)踐活動(dòng)持續(xù)四個(gè)多小時(shí)。溫家寶總理在兩會(huì)上進(jìn)行的政府工作報(bào)告演講語(yǔ)言是中文,涉及到各方面的知識(shí)領(lǐng)域,比如,政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、醫(yī)療、民生、外交等。同時(shí),演講內(nèi)容還包含很多具有中國(guó)特色的專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),比如,十二五規(guī)劃、一攬子計(jì)劃、小康社會(huì)、走出去戰(zhàn)略等。演講中出現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜數(shù)字也給口譯人員帶來(lái)重重困難,比如,51.9萬(wàn)億元、770萬(wàn)公頃、1800多萬(wàn)套房等。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)口譯模擬實(shí)踐過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的眾多問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,以翻譯功能理論為指導(dǎo),利用順句驅(qū)動(dòng),增譯,轉(zhuǎn)譯,省略,直譯和意譯等翻譯技巧對(duì)原文本進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)交替?zhèn)髯g過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和筆者學(xué)到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。 本報(bào)告共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分為口譯任務(wù)描述,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了口譯任務(wù)背景、任務(wù)性質(zhì)及委托方的要求。第二部分是口譯過(guò)程描述,詳述了譯前準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)際口譯過(guò)程和譯后事項(xiàng)。第三部分是具體的案例分析,此部分主要對(duì)口譯中遇到的重點(diǎn),難點(diǎn)和存疑部分分門(mén)別類(lèi),分別采取了不同的翻譯策略和解決辦法。第四部分是口譯實(shí)踐總結(jié),主要是針對(duì)交替?zhèn)髯g中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題的思考,心的和對(duì)今后自已口譯學(xué)習(xí)的啟發(fā)和展望。 本報(bào)告的意義在于,通過(guò)筆者的模擬交替?zhèn)髯g時(shí)間,對(duì)口譯過(guò)程中的案例進(jìn)行分析,提出翻譯策略,為今后的翻譯實(shí)踐做指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)本次模擬交替?zhèn)髯g實(shí)踐,筆者對(duì)翻譯功能理論有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),明確了在口譯實(shí)踐中的不足之處,并進(jìn)一步確定了今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:This report is based on the 2013 government work report made by Premier Wen Jiabao at the two sessions in 2013, and simulates the on-site interpretation environment for a consecutive interpretation practice. The simulation activity lasted more than four hours. The government work report delivered by Prime Minister Wen Jiabao at the two sessions is in Chinese and covers a wide range of areas of knowledge, such as politics, economics, culture, medical care, people's livelihood, diplomacy, and so on. At the same time, the speech also contains a lot of technical terms with Chinese characteristics, such as the 12th Five-Year Plan, a package, a well-off society, the strategy of going out, and so on. The complicated figures presented in the speech also brought difficulties to interpreters, such as 51.9 trillion yuan, 7.7 million hectares and more than 18 million suites. Through the analysis of many problems in the practice of interpreting simulation, and guided by the translation function theory, the author analyzes the original text by using the translation techniques such as sentence driven, incremental translation, translation transfer, ellipsis, literal translation and free translation. The problems in the process of consecutive interpretation and the experience and lessons learned by the author are analyzed and summarized. The report is divided into four parts. The first part is the interpretation task description, briefly introduces the interpretation task background, the task nature and the client's request. The second part is a description of interpretation process, including pre-translation preparation, actual interpretation process and post-translation matters. The third part is a case study, which mainly classifies the key, difficult and doubtful parts in interpreting, and adopts different translation strategies and solutions. The fourth part is a summary of interpreting practice, mainly focusing on the thinking of the problems in consecutive interpretation, and the inspiration and prospect of self-interpretation learning in the future. The significance of this report lies in the analysis of the cases in the process of interpretation through the author's simulated consecutive interpretation time and the translation strategies to guide the translation practice in the future. Through the practice of simulated consecutive interpretation, the author has a deeper understanding of translation function theory, clarifies the inadequacies in interpreting practice, and further determines the direction of future efforts.
