【摘要】：21世紀以來,人與自然的關(guān)系趨于緊張,生態(tài)危機日益嚴重,生態(tài)文明建設被人們?nèi)找嬷匾�。黨的十八大報告提出了中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)文明建設“五位一體”總布局,著力推進生態(tài)文明建設,并強調(diào)要將生態(tài)文明建設融入到政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會建設的全過程,為推進生態(tài)文明建設指明了前進方向。本文從影響生態(tài)文明建設的重要因素——文化建設的視角出發(fā),探討生態(tài)文明建設和文化建設的關(guān)系,分析影響生態(tài)文明建設的文化因素,并探究推進生態(tài)文明建設的文化路徑,試圖為生態(tài)文明建設提供些許參考。生態(tài)文化建設是中國特色社會主義文化建設的重要維度,也是生態(tài)文明建設的重要內(nèi)容。生態(tài)文化建設為生態(tài)文明建設提供價值導向,奠定思想基礎,提供精神動力。將生態(tài)文明建設融入文化建設的全過程也即意味著要在中國特色社會主義文化建設中高度重視生態(tài)文化建設,為生態(tài)文明建設提供文化引領和文化支撐。而當前影響生態(tài)文明建設的負面文化因素主要有:人們不科學的生態(tài)價值觀造成生態(tài)導向性偏差;生態(tài)認知水平普遍不高致使人們沒有正確規(guī)范日常的環(huán)保行為;非理性的思維方式導致對自然的盲目開發(fā)和掠奪;公德觀念的缺位造成環(huán)境污染日趨嚴重;消費理念不合理引發(fā)了生活方式和生產(chǎn)方式的異化等。推進生態(tài)文明建設,必須從這些負面制約因素入手,除弊興利,探尋適合的文化路徑。本文認為,培育正確的生態(tài)價值觀,促進人與自然和諧相處;培養(yǎng)正確的生態(tài)道德觀,逐步消除生態(tài)文明建設中的不公正現(xiàn)象;倡導健康的生態(tài)消費觀和消費方式,逐步消除異化消費現(xiàn)象;培養(yǎng)生態(tài)學思維方式,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路;加強生態(tài)文明宣傳教育,提高全民生態(tài)意識和認識水平等,是促進生態(tài)文明建設的有效文化路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the relationship between man and nature has become tense, the ecological crisis is becoming more and more serious, and the construction of ecological civilization has been paid more and more attention. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward a general layout of "five in one" in the construction of socialist economy, politics, culture, society and ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, put forth great efforts to promote the construction of ecological civilization, and stressed the need to integrate the construction of ecological civilization into politics and economy. The whole process of culture and social construction points out the way forward for the construction of ecological civilization. From the angle of view of culture construction, this paper discusses the relationship between ecological civilization construction and cultural construction, and analyzes the cultural factors that affect the construction of ecological civilization. And explore the cultural path to promote the construction of ecological civilization, trying to provide some reference for the construction of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological culture is an important dimension of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and an important content of the construction of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological culture provides value guidance, ideological foundation and spiritual power for the construction of ecological civilization. To integrate the construction of ecological civilization into the whole process of cultural construction means to attach great importance to the construction of ecological culture in the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to provide cultural guidance and cultural support for the construction of ecological civilization. However, the negative cultural factors that affect the construction of ecological civilization are: people's unscientific ecological values cause eco-oriented deviation, the general level of ecological cognition is not high, people do not correctly regulate the daily environmental protection behavior; The irrational mode of thinking leads to the blind exploitation and plunder of nature; the absence of the concept of public morality causes the environmental pollution to become more and more serious; and the irrational concept of consumption leads to the alienation of life style and production mode. In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization, we must start with these negative factors and seek the appropriate cultural path. In this paper, we should cultivate the correct ecological values, promote the harmony between man and nature, cultivate the correct ecological morality, gradually eliminate the unfair phenomenon in the construction of ecological civilization, advocate healthy ecological consumption view and consumption mode, It is an effective cultural path to promote the construction of ecological civilization by gradually eliminating the phenomenon of alienation consumption, cultivating the mode of ecological thinking, taking the road of sustainable development, strengthening the propaganda and education of ecological civilization, raising the ecological consciousness and understanding level of the whole people, and so on.
