【摘要】：烏茲別克斯坦是中亞中部一個內(nèi)陸國家,它地處聯(lián)結(jié)東西方和南北方的交通沖要的十字交叉點(diǎn),地理位置十分優(yōu)越,古代曾是重要的商隊(duì)之路的匯合點(diǎn)。烏茲別克斯坦是中亞地區(qū)的大國,人口眾多,盛產(chǎn)棉花和黃金,因此素有“雙金”之國的美譽(yù)。對中國而言,中亞地區(qū)無論是在過去還是在現(xiàn)在,甚至是在將來都具有十分重要的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、戰(zhàn)略意義。作為中亞經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的烏茲別克斯坦與中國相連,多年以來,兩國一直維持著友好、團(tuán)結(jié)、積極發(fā)展的國家關(guān)系。隨著時間的推移,中烏兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來越發(fā)顯得重要,這就要求我們在充分了解兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的背景、前提,合作的前提下,找出其中的問題及研究如何解決,這樣才能更好地推動兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文對中國與烏茲別克斯坦經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了回顧,并重點(diǎn)分析了影響兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的內(nèi)部及外部因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上對兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展前景做了預(yù)測并提出相關(guān)建議。 第一部分從四個方面簡單闡述了本文作者的寫作意圖,通過對選題意義的分析得出該論文的研究價值和意義。 第二部分主要通過兩方面較為系統(tǒng)地敘述了中烏兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀。簡單分析了形成現(xiàn)狀的原因。 第三部分為本論文的核心部分。首先提出了中烏兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的基本原則,進(jìn)而指出了兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作中存在的問題。 第四部分簡要指出了中烏經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的有利條件。 第五部分主要針對合作存在問題列出了對應(yīng)的對策。從五個方面較為系統(tǒng)地給出了具體對策。并且對兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)前景進(jìn)行了整體化的描繪。 最后一部分主要是結(jié)論部分,指出了論文的不足。
[Abstract]:Uzbekistan is a landlocked country in the central part of Central Asia. It is located at the intersection of traffic between East and West and North and South. It is very superior in geographical location. It was an important confluence of caravans in ancient times. Uzbekistan is a large country in Central Asia, with a large population, rich in cotton and gold, so known as the "double gold" country reputation. For China, Central Asia is of great political, economic and strategic significance both in the past, in the present and even in the future. Uzbekistan, as the economic center of Central Asia, is linked to China. For many years, the two countries have maintained friendly, United, and positive relations. With the passage of time, the economic exchanges between China and Ukraine have become more and more important. This requires us to find out the problems and to study how to solve them on the premise of fully understanding the background, premise and cooperation of the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Only in this way can we better promote the sustainable development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. This paper reviews the historical process of economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, and focuses on the internal and external factors that affect the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. On the basis of this, the prospect of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is forecasted and some suggestions are put forward. The first part briefly expounds the author's writing intention from four aspects, and draws the research value and significance of the thesis through the analysis of the significance of the selected topic. The second part systematically narrates the development course and present situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine through two aspects. The reasons for the formation of the present situation are simply analyzed. The third part is the core part of this paper. First, the basic principles of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine are put forward, and the problems in economic and trade cooperation between the two countries are pointed out. The fourth part briefly points out the favorable conditions of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine. The fifth part mainly aims at the cooperation existence question has listed the corresponding countermeasure. Concrete countermeasures are given systematically from five aspects. And the economic and trade prospects of the two countries are described in an integrated way. The last part is the conclusion part, pointing out the deficiency of the thesis.
