【摘要】：正準(zhǔn)確把握經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本面,必須超越短期的、擾動(dòng)性的和局部的現(xiàn)象層面,著眼于主導(dǎo)性的趨勢(shì)和宏觀層面。習(xí)近平同志關(guān)于"中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期向好的基本面沒(méi)有變"的重要論斷,深刻揭示了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期走勢(shì)的宏觀背景和基本格局,指明了對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展充滿信心的基礎(chǔ)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的立足點(diǎn)。從國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境看,和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代主題沒(méi)有變,存在諸多有利于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新因素。盡管國(guó)際金融危機(jī)削弱世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力的負(fù)面影響仍在,但總體上全球經(jīng)濟(jì)正在深度調(diào)
[Abstract]:To grasp the fundamentals of economic development accurately, we must go beyond the short-term, perturbed and local phenomena, and focus on the dominant trend and macro level. Comrade Xi Jinping's important conclusion that "the fundamentals of China's economic development has not changed for a long time" profoundly reveals the macro background and basic pattern of China's long-term economic trend. It points out the basis of full confidence in China's economic development and the foothold of leading the new normal economic development. From the point of view of international political and economic environment, the theme of peace and development has not changed, and there are many new factors in favor of China's economic development.
