【摘要】：美國(guó)"十萬(wàn)強(qiáng)計(jì)劃"于2009年提出,歷經(jīng)5年順利完成,深化了中美教育交流和人文交流,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中美之間的文化互信。文章分析了美國(guó)政府及社會(huì)組織在推進(jìn)"十萬(wàn)強(qiáng)計(jì)劃"過(guò)程中所采取的政策和舉措,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了"十萬(wàn)強(qiáng)基金會(huì)"所發(fā)揮的作用。文章指出,"十萬(wàn)強(qiáng)計(jì)劃"是中美教育交流的新樣本,中美公共外交的新形式,以教育促進(jìn)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新途徑。我國(guó)在加強(qiáng)國(guó)際教育交流方面應(yīng)充分借鑒"十萬(wàn)強(qiáng)計(jì)劃"的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),建立和完善政府倡導(dǎo)的教育交流新機(jī)制,充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)和社會(huì)組織的力量,構(gòu)建有利于教育交流合作的支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:The "Top 100,000 Plan" was put forward in 2009 and has been successfully completed for five years, which has deepened the educational and cultural exchanges between China and the United States and further promoted mutual cultural trust between China and the United States. This paper analyzes the policies and measures taken by the US government and social organizations in the process of promoting the "Top 100,000 Program", and emphasizes the role played by the "100,000 strong foundations" in particular. The paper points out that the "Top 100,000 Program" is a new sample of Sino-US educational exchanges, a new form of Sino-US public diplomacy, and a new way to promote political and economic development through education. In strengthening international educational exchanges, China should draw lessons from the experience and advantages of the "Top 100,000 Program", establish and improve the new educational exchange mechanism advocated by the government, and give full play to the strength of enterprises and social organizations. To build a supportive network conducive to educational exchange and cooperation.
