【摘要】：隨著世界各國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化日益融合,尤其是在中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織以后,翻譯變得越發(fā)重要,翻譯觸及的領(lǐng)域也越來越廣,甚至延伸到了外事法律領(lǐng)域,中國外事法律條文的英譯已經(jīng)成為中國對外交流的重要環(huán)節(jié)。外事法律翻譯的質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要,它影響著外國人的切身利益、對中國政策的理解和在華手續(xù)的辦理。因此在翻譯外事法律條文時,應(yīng)本著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)態(tài)度,翻譯出高質(zhì)量的譯作。 本文是一篇翻譯實踐報告,本報告是筆者基于對外事法律條文的興趣翻譯的兩篇外事法律條文的實踐經(jīng)歷為基礎(chǔ)：《中華人民共和國外國人入境出境管理條例》和《高等學(xué)校接受外國留學(xué)生管理規(guī)定》,對整個翻譯過程進(jìn)行了簡單的介紹,還原了整個實踐過程,再現(xiàn)譯前的準(zhǔn)備工作,譯中的難點和采取的策略及譯后將筆者的譯本與優(yōu)秀譯本進(jìn)行比較校閱這一系列過程,并結(jié)合案例分析,著重分析處理詞語、句子的翻譯方法,得出自己在這次翻譯實踐中的一點心得體會,為筆者以后翻譯類似外事法律條文打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the political, economic and cultural integration of various countries in the world, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization, translation has become more and more important, and the field of translation has become more and more extensive, and even extended to the field of foreign affairs law. The translation of Chinese foreign affairs laws into English has become an important link in China's foreign exchange. The quality of legal translation of foreign affairs is of great importance, which affects the interests of foreigners, the understanding of Chinese policy and the handling of formalities in China. Therefore, in the translation of foreign affairs law, we should take a serious and responsible attitude to translate high-quality translation. This paper is a translation practice report. This report is based on the author's practical experience of translating two articles of foreign affairs law based on his interest in foreign affairs legal provisions: the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the entry and exit of foreigners and the admission of Foreign students to institutions of higher Learning The whole translation process is introduced briefly. It restores the whole process of practice, reproduces the preparatory work before translation, the difficulties and strategies adopted in the translation, and compares the author's translation with the excellent one after translation, and combines the case study to analyze and deal with the words. The method of sentence translation, which provides a solid foundation for the author to translate the legal provisions of similar foreign affairs in the future.
