基于Android的公安移動(dòng)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等社會(huì)各個(gè)方面的飛速發(fā)展,尤其是現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,犯罪呈現(xiàn)出高智商、事發(fā)前計(jì)劃嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)遺留線索少、偵破困難;作案跨時(shí)間跨地域、跨省跨國(guó)犯罪屢見不鮮,執(zhí)法的地域性限制問題嚴(yán)重。國(guó)家很早就意識(shí)到了信息化建設(shè)對(duì)新世紀(jì)警務(wù)工作的巨大變革作用,如果想鑄就一支新世紀(jì)的強(qiáng)大公安隊(duì)伍,就要依托高度信息化的公安警務(wù)系統(tǒng)。為增強(qiáng)公安干警在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和社會(huì)條件下迅速出擊、統(tǒng)一指揮、快速準(zhǔn)確的情報(bào)收集的能力。一方面,一線干警在執(zhí)行警務(wù)時(shí)候,一個(gè)很重要的事情就是時(shí)時(shí)與指揮中心溝通;另一方面,現(xiàn)代犯罪呈現(xiàn)跨行業(yè)的勢(shì)頭,一些大案要案往往涉及司法、稅務(wù)、海關(guān)、工商等各個(gè)部門,調(diào)查取證往往需要調(diào)集各個(gè)部門的數(shù)據(jù),如果有一個(gè)可以快速查詢、分析、整合的信息平臺(tái)將極大的提高公安干警的工作量。 最近幾年,信息技術(shù)發(fā)展非常迅速,基礎(chǔ)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋面積越來(lái)越廣,同時(shí)伴隨著第三代與第四代通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)速的信息傳輸速度也越來(lái)越快,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展愈發(fā)蓬勃,這為移動(dòng)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供了網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ),快速穩(wěn)定的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)使智能手機(jī)等PDA成為信息獲取與傳輸?shù)慕K端節(jié)點(diǎn),是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。 基于以上,本文開發(fā)了一種便攜、可手持的移動(dòng)警務(wù)平臺(tái),具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的主要工作是研究“基于Android的公安移動(dòng)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)”的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。對(duì)“基于Android的公安移動(dòng)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)”切實(shí)調(diào)研了功能需求,研究了相關(guān)技術(shù),完成了軟件的總體設(shè)計(jì)。本文的主要研究工作與內(nèi)容如下: 1、學(xué)習(xí)了Android系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用開發(fā)技術(shù),研究了Android系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。學(xué)習(xí)了Android在SDK以及NDK環(huán)境下開發(fā)的基本步驟、開發(fā)環(huán)境的配置。著重進(jìn)行了Android系統(tǒng)的組成分析、Android系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)安全傳輸策略。 2、本文分析了系統(tǒng)的功能需求基礎(chǔ),以及使用該軟件系統(tǒng)的用戶習(xí)慣與業(yè)務(wù)處理流程,完成了“基于Android的公安移動(dòng)警務(wù)系統(tǒng)”的總體設(shè)計(jì)。 3、本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)行了分層分析,完成了系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)與E-R圖。完成了軟件系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型與物理模型。根據(jù)對(duì)功能需求的分類整理,完成子模塊的劃分。 4、本文最后對(duì)研究工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析,分析了本文存在的不足,并根據(jù)研究過程中的思考提出了在后續(xù)工作中,要注重系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of politics, economy, culture and other aspects of society, especially with the development of modern information technology, crime presents a high intelligence quotient, rigorous planning before the incident, fewer clues left on the scene, and difficulties in detection. Cross-provincial transnational crime is common and the regional restriction of law enforcement is serious. The country has realized the great change function of the information construction to the police work in the new century very early. If we want to cast a strong police force in the new century, we must rely on the highly information police service system. In order to enhance the ability of police to attack quickly under modern economic and social conditions, to unify command, and to collect information quickly and accurately. On the one hand, a very important thing for front-line police officers to carry out is to communicate with the command center from time to time. On the other hand, modern crime is showing a cross-industry momentum. Some major cases often involve justice, taxation, and customs. Industry and commerce and other departments, the investigation of evidence often need to mobilize the data of each department, if there is a quick inquiry, analysis, integration of information platform will greatly improve the workload of police officers. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the basic communication network covers more and more widely. With the development of the third and fourth generation communication technology, the information transmission speed of the network is also getting faster and faster. The development of mobile Internet is more and more vigorous, which provides the network foundation for the construction of mobile policing system. The rapid and stable communication network makes PDA such as smart phone become the terminal node of information acquisition and transmission, which is the key link of mobile Internet. Based on the above, this paper develops a portable, handheld mobile police platform, which has a strong practical significance. The main work of this paper is to study the design and implementation of Police Mobile Policing system based on Android. This paper investigates the functional requirements of the Police Mobile Policing system based on Android, studies the related technologies, and completes the overall design of the software. The main research work and contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The application development technology of Android system is studied, and the architecture of Android system is studied. Learn the basic steps of Android development in SDK and NDK environment, the configuration of the development environment. The data security transmission strategy of Android system is analyzed emphatically. 2. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system, the user habits and business process of the software system, and completes the overall design of the "Police Mobile Policing system based on Android". 3. In this paper, the hierarchical analysis of the project development is carried out, and the topological structure and E-R diagram of the system are completed. The logical model and physical model of the software system are completed. According to the classification of functional requirements, complete the submodule division. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research work, analyzes the shortcomings of this paper, and points out that in the follow-up work, we should pay attention to the security of the system data.
