民國(guó)時(shí)期(1912-1937)山西省中學(xué)教育困境及原因研究

【摘要】:歷史研究的目的,不僅是再現(xiàn)史實(shí),更重要的是對(duì)歷史進(jìn)行解讀,以史為鏡,啟后世之行。本研究首先通過對(duì)1912—1937年有關(guān)山西省中學(xué)教育史料的整理和挖掘,呈現(xiàn)山西省中學(xué)教育發(fā)展概況,探究民國(guó)時(shí)期山西省中學(xué)教育在發(fā)展過程中面臨的主要困境,進(jìn)而從社會(huì)環(huán)境和教育自身分析山西省中學(xué)教育出現(xiàn)困境的原因;以史為鑒,通過客觀真實(shí)地梳理山西省中學(xué)教育艱難的發(fā)展過程,結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí),反思教育中存在的問題,以期對(duì)當(dāng)前教育有所啟示;谶@一研究目的和思路,本研究主要由以下五個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:緒論主要是對(duì)選題緣起、研究綜述、概念界定、研究方法、研究思路、創(chuàng)新與不足等進(jìn)行了介紹。第一章介紹民國(guó)時(shí)期(1912—1937年)山西省中學(xué)教育的發(fā)展背景與概況,分別從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行敘述。在發(fā)展背景中,著重從宏觀方面分析了民國(guó)時(shí)期山西省中學(xué)教育發(fā)展的自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境和教育背景;在發(fā)展概況中,重點(diǎn)從微觀方面闡述民國(guó)時(shí)期山西省中學(xué)的數(shù)量和分布、課程設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍、經(jīng)費(fèi)和設(shè)備、學(xué)校管理等,探究教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的教育教學(xué)發(fā)展實(shí)情。第二章通過對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)山西省中學(xué)教育發(fā)展背景和概況的梳理與分析,總結(jié)出民國(guó)時(shí)期山西省中學(xué)教育面臨的四個(gè)方面的困境:一是學(xué)校分布不均衡,主要表現(xiàn)為:地區(qū)分布差異大,高級(jí)中學(xué)與初級(jí)中學(xué)數(shù)量配比失衡,中學(xué)數(shù)量與人口配比失衡;二是課程設(shè)置不合理,主要表現(xiàn)為:課程設(shè)置脫離實(shí)際,科目多且難度大,教材混亂且新舊參雜,課程計(jì)劃執(zhí)行不良;三是教師力量薄弱,主要表現(xiàn)為:專業(yè)教師數(shù)量短缺,教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)低;四是經(jīng)費(fèi)拮據(jù)和設(shè)備陳舊落后。第三章探究民國(guó)時(shí)期山西中學(xué)教育出現(xiàn)困境的原因,主要包括三方面的內(nèi)容:首先,從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、戰(zhàn)亂和歷史因素等方面探討了造成分布不合理的原因;其次,從中學(xué)校教育指導(dǎo)思想不明確與中學(xué)校教育目標(biāo)不清晰兩個(gè)角度,探討造成教師力量薄弱和課程設(shè)置不合理的原因;最后,從經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱和教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)低的角度,分析造成中學(xué)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)拮據(jù)和設(shè)備陳舊的原因。第四章為歷史鏡鑒與啟示。從教育目標(biāo)與實(shí)踐相統(tǒng)一、合理配置教育資源、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面,分析對(duì)當(dāng)前教育改革與發(fā)展的借鑒與啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The purpose of historical research is not only to reproduce the historical facts, but also to interpret history, to take history as a mirror, and to start the journey of later generations. This research first through the 1912-1937 about Shanxi Province middle school education historical data collates and excavates, presents Shanxi Province middle school education development general situation, probes into the middle school education in the Republic of China Shanxi Province middle school education in the development process to face the main difficult position. Then from the social environment and education itself analysis of the causes of the plight of middle school education in Shanxi Province, history as a mirror, through the objective and real combing of the difficult development process of middle school education in Shanxi Province, combined with the current social reality, Reflection on the existing problems in education, with a view to enlightening the current education. Based on the purpose and thought of this research, this study is mainly composed of the following five parts: the introduction mainly introduces the origin of the topic, the summary of the research, the definition of the concept, the research method, the thought of the research, the innovation and the insufficiency. The first chapter introduces the development background and general situation of middle school education in Shanxi Province from 1912 to 1937. In the background of development, the author analyzes the natural environment, social environment and educational background of the development of middle school education in Shanxi Province in the period of the Republic of China. This paper mainly expounds the quantity and distribution of the middle schools in Shanxi Province in the period of the Republic of China, the curriculum, the teaching staff, the funds and equipment, the school management and so on, and probes into the development of education and teaching in the educational system. The second chapter through combing and analyzing the background and general situation of the development of middle school education in Shanxi Province at that time, summarizes the four difficulties that the middle school education of Shanxi Province faced during the period of the Republic of China: first, the school distribution is not balanced. The main manifestations are: large regional distribution, imbalance between the number of senior middle schools and junior middle schools, and imbalance between the number of middle schools and the population; second, the unreasonable curriculum design, which mainly shows that the curriculum is out of touch with reality, with many subjects and great difficulties. The teaching materials are confused, the old and the new are mixed, the curriculum plan is poor; the third is the weakness of the teachers' strength, mainly as follows: the number of professional teachers is short, the structure of the teachers is unreasonable, and the teachers' professional accomplishment is low; fourth, the funds are limited and the equipment is old and backward. The third chapter explores the causes of the difficulties in the middle school education in Shanxi during the Republic of China period, mainly including three aspects: first, from the political, economic, war and historical factors to explore the causes of unreasonable distribution; second, This paper discusses the causes of the weakness of teachers' strength and the unreasonable curriculum design from the two angles of unclear guiding ideology of middle school education and unclear objectives of secondary school education. Finally, from the point of view of weak economic base and low professional quality of teachers, This paper analyzes the reasons for the shortage of funds for middle school education and the outmoded equipment. The fourth chapter is historical mirror and enlightenment. From the aspects of the unity of educational goals and practice, the rational allocation of educational resources and the construction of teachers' ranks, this paper analyzes the significance of reference and enlightenment to the current educational reform and development.
