【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的快速進(jìn)步,犯罪分子的作案手段和犯罪的態(tài)勢(shì)也隨之有了很大的變化。為了能夠更好的保障人民群眾的生活工作安全,構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),警務(wù)部門在偵破案件的過程中也需要采用先進(jìn)的偵破手段抓獲犯罪嫌疑人。本文研究人臉圖像模式識(shí)別的方法在警務(wù)案件中的應(yīng)用,其目的是有效鎖定犯罪目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)事前的預(yù)防和精確打擊。該系統(tǒng)能最大效率地提高刑事案件的防控能力,做到警力資源的有的放矢,從而高效地配置警力,提高案件的偵破效率。論文的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面:1)課題給出了面向警務(wù)案件的人臉識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的研究背景、選題意義和國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)警務(wù)案件的特殊性闡述了面向警務(wù)案件的人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)對(duì)案件的偵破和犯罪嫌疑人身份識(shí)別的意義。2)針對(duì)警務(wù)案件的具體需求對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),將系統(tǒng)主要?jiǎng)澐殖晌鍌�(gè)模塊:圖像獲取模塊、圖像預(yù)處理模塊、人臉定位模塊、特征提取模塊、識(shí)別模塊,并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能和功能給出相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)。3)基于系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),完成系統(tǒng)的功能模塊流程圖設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),對(duì)關(guān)鍵模塊給出實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼,并且給出相關(guān)的界面。項(xiàng)目后期對(duì)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)展開了詳細(xì)的測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果良好。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了在警務(wù)案件中對(duì)待檢測(cè)人臉圖像的身份驗(yàn)證,滿足項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)需求指標(biāo)。系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)便、形式直觀,界面友好。系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性良好而且在警務(wù)部門案件偵破領(lǐng)域也起到一定的幫助作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of politics, economy and science and technology in modern society, the crime means and crime situation of criminals have changed greatly. In order to better ensure the safety of the people's life and work and build a harmonious society, the police departments also need to use advanced detection means to capture the suspects in the process of detecting cases. In this paper, the application of face image pattern recognition in police cases is studied. The system can improve the ability of prevention and control of criminal cases with maximum efficiency, so that the police resources can be targeted, thus the police force can be allocated efficiently and the detection efficiency of cases can be improved. The main contents of the thesis include the following aspects: 1) the research background of the face recognition system for the police case, the significance of the selected topic and the current situation of the development at home and abroad are given. Aiming at the particularity of police affairs, this paper expounds the significance of face recognition technology facing police affairs to the detection of cases and the identification of criminal suspects. 2) the system is designed according to the specific needs of police cases. The system is divided into five modules: image acquisition module, image preprocessing module, face location module, feature extraction module, recognition module. The design and implementation of the function module flow chart of the system are completed, and the implementation code for the key module is given, and the related interface is given. In the later stage of the project, the system was tested in detail, and the test result was good. The system realizes the authentication of face image detection in police cases, and meets the requirements of the project. The system is simple to operate, intuitive in form and friendly in interface. System stability is good and in the police department case detection field also plays a certain role.
