【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國外貿(mào)發(fā)展面臨諸多錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的形勢(shì),不確定、不穩(wěn)定因素增多,外貿(mào)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)減弱,下行壓力增大。三方面的困難依然存在:一是受金融危機(jī)影響,全球消費(fèi)需求還處于低迷狀態(tài);二是中國制造優(yōu)勢(shì)減弱,新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)尚未顯現(xiàn);三是貿(mào)易壁壘增多、保守趨勢(shì)增強(qiáng)。WINSUN集團(tuán)公司主動(dòng)適應(yīng)外貿(mào)發(fā)展新常態(tài),積極利用國家政策,緊緊圍繞“創(chuàng)新突破”這一主題,在外貿(mào)回穩(wěn)中多措并舉,明確公司發(fā)展方向和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。2016年公司實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)出口總額同比2015年增長12%,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤同比2015年增長25%,公司核心業(yè)務(wù)保持了穩(wěn)定增長。隨著國內(nèi)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化,新的貿(mào)易形式和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式的出現(xiàn),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸喪失。如何使WINSUN集團(tuán)公司做的更大更強(qiáng),他們也一直在尋求新的突破口和發(fā)展方向。企業(yè)的長久發(fā)展需要一個(gè)長期的規(guī)劃和明確的方向,因此制定配套的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,并進(jìn)行有效管理,對(duì)WINSUN集團(tuán)公司的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系著企業(yè)的生死存亡,很多公司因?yàn)閼?zhàn)略選擇不當(dāng)已銷聲匿跡。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略就是以未來為立足點(diǎn)設(shè)立遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo),并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)總體目標(biāo)進(jìn)行總體性、長期性謀劃和分析,是企業(yè)通過對(duì)國際、國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等對(duì)外部環(huán)境,以及人力資源等內(nèi)部資源控制認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)未來目標(biāo)所做的指導(dǎo)性規(guī)劃。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略明確了企業(yè)經(jīng)營的方針和方向,賦予企業(yè)理想與活力,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)斗力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)企業(yè)了長期、穩(wěn)定、健康的發(fā)展。進(jìn)出口企業(yè)制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略有利于企業(yè)避免短期行為,保障企業(yè)的長期利益;有利于企業(yè)保持穩(wěn)定,長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展;有利于企業(yè)主動(dòng)適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化,及時(shí)調(diào)整發(fā)展策略。企業(yè)高層管理者應(yīng)把自己的主要精力放到制定和實(shí)施企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理上來。通過對(duì)WINSUN集團(tuán)公司面臨的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、國內(nèi)外政策影響、現(xiàn)有資源及內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源等因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,研究其發(fā)展目標(biāo)及四個(gè)戰(zhàn)略層次的制定實(shí)施情況,提出對(duì)WINSUN集團(tuán)公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的建議和思路。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of China's foreign trade is faced with many complicated situations, such as uncertainty, increasing unstable factors, weakening competitive advantage of foreign trade and increasing downward pressure. Three aspects of difficulties still exist: first, global consumer demand is still in the doldrums due to the financial crisis; second, China's manufacturing advantage is weakened and its new competitive advantage has not yet been revealed; and third, trade barriers have increased. WINSUN Group Company actively adapts to the new normal in the development of foreign trade, makes active use of national policies, closely revolves around the theme of "innovation breakthrough", and develops simultaneously in the process of foreign trade stability. Clear company development direction and strategic target. In 2016, the company achieved total import and export growth of 12% year on year, profit increase of 25% year on year, and steady growth of the company's core business. With the changes of domestic and international economic situation and the emergence of new forms of trade and competition, the competitive advantage is gradually lost. How to make WINSUN Group do bigger and stronger, they have been looking for new breakthrough and development direction. The long-term development of the enterprise needs a long-term plan and clear direction, so it is very important for the development of WINSUN Group to formulate the supporting enterprise strategy and carry on the effective management. Strategy is related to the survival of enterprises, many companies because of improper strategic choice has disappeared. Enterprise strategy is to set up long-term planning and analysis on the basis of the future, and to achieve the overall objectives of the enterprise. It is the enterprise's external environment through the international, national political, economic, cultural, etc. And human resources and other internal resource control on the basis of understanding, to achieve the future goals of the guiding plan. The enterprise strategy defines the policy and direction of enterprise management, endows the enterprise with ideal and vitality, strengthens the combat effectiveness and competitiveness of the enterprise, and promotes the long-term, stable and healthy development of the enterprise. The establishment of enterprise strategy for import and export enterprises is conducive to avoiding short-term behavior and protecting the long-term interests of enterprises; it is conducive to maintaining stability and long-term development of enterprises; it is beneficial for enterprises to take the initiative to adapt to changes in the environment and adjust their development strategies in time. Senior managers should focus their main energy on the formulation and implementation of corporate strategic management. Through the investigation and analysis of the political, economic, social and cultural environment, market competition and development trend, the influence of domestic and foreign policies, existing resources and internal organizational structure, human resources, etc. This paper studies the development objectives and the implementation of the four strategic levels, and puts forward some suggestions and ideas for the strategic management of the WINSUN Group Company.
