【摘要】：社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的蓬勃發(fā)展促使人們對高等教育的需求越來越呈現(xiàn)多元化的發(fā)展態(tài)勢�；谏鐣嘣l(fā)展的強烈需求,當(dāng)代社會對人才質(zhì)量的要求不斷提高,現(xiàn)代社會衡量人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不再局限于知識理論和專業(yè)技能的掌握,"一專多能"的復(fù)合應(yīng)用型人才符合社會發(fā)展的總體需求,而人才的創(chuàng)新能力是高校人才培養(yǎng)模式中貫穿教育教學(xué)的重要組成部分。創(chuàng)新是推動社會進步與發(fā)展的源泉,在創(chuàng)新實踐的推動下,社會逐漸向高科技化、智能化、信息化方向發(fā)展,在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動社會轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢下,高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)被賦予了更高的使命,如何結(jié)合社會發(fā)展需求培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才也將成為當(dāng)代高校人才培養(yǎng)的重要問題。基于此,以高校創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式為研究內(nèi)容,分析高校創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建,以期為高校在新時期發(fā)展過程中促進人才培養(yǎng)模式改革提供理論參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of social politics, economy and culture makes people's demand for higher education more and more diversified. In view of the strong demand for social diversification, the demand for the quality of talents in contemporary society is constantly improving. The standard of measuring talents in modern society is no longer limited to the mastery of knowledge theory and professional skills, and the compound applied talents of "one specialty and many abilities" meet the overall needs of social development. The innovative ability of talents is an important part of education and teaching in the mode of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Innovation is the source of promoting social progress and development. With the promotion of innovation practice, the society is gradually developing towards the direction of high technology, intelligence and information, under the trend of innovation driving social transformation. The cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities has been given a higher mission. How to cultivate innovative talents in combination with the needs of social development will also become an important issue in the cultivation of talents in contemporary colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper analyzes the construction of innovative talents training mode in colleges and universities in order to provide theoretical reference and basis for promoting the reform of talent training mode in the process of development of colleges and universities in the new period.
