【摘要】：1978年黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)，拉開了我國(guó)改革開放的序幕，我國(guó)從此進(jìn)入社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)新的歷史時(shí)期。改革開放36年來(lái)，我國(guó)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化生活發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，社會(huì)的階層結(jié)構(gòu)深刻變動(dòng)，人們的利益關(guān)系、思想價(jià)值觀念以及社會(huì)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、分配方式、經(jīng)濟(jì)構(gòu)成等也發(fā)生了很大變化。這既是發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期，也是矛盾不斷凸顯的時(shí)期，各種社會(huì)矛盾往往會(huì)組成一個(gè)“矛盾群”交織在一起，其中最突出、也最令人困擾的問(wèn)題，就是人民內(nèi)部矛盾在新時(shí)期更加復(fù)雜多樣，并且呈現(xiàn)出新的變化和特點(diǎn)。它導(dǎo)致了社會(huì)不平等程度嚴(yán)重加劇，引起了社會(huì)的普遍不滿情緒，同時(shí)也引發(fā)了一些社會(huì)矛盾沖突。主要表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)利益矛盾加劇、貧富差距持續(xù)拉大、群體性事件增多等，特別是涉及教育、就業(yè)、醫(yī)療、住房、食品藥品安全等關(guān)乎群眾切身利益的問(wèn)題尤為突出，社會(huì)上普遍蔓延著各種仇官仇富心理，群體沖突事件頻發(fā)。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，這類問(wèn)題是導(dǎo)致社會(huì)不安定的關(guān)鍵因素之一，也成為當(dāng)前最嚴(yán)重、最迫切需要解決的社會(huì)問(wèn)題之一。因此，積極應(yīng)對(duì)全面建成小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的人民內(nèi)部矛盾，并且提出符合我國(guó)國(guó)情和社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的政策措施，已成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的迫切需要。 本文從科學(xué)社會(huì)主義理論研究的視角以及實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧社會(huì)的目標(biāo)出發(fā)，系統(tǒng)梳理了科學(xué)社會(huì)主義關(guān)于人民內(nèi)部矛盾的理論及其發(fā)展演進(jìn)，將人民內(nèi)部矛盾置于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景中進(jìn)行研究，分析了社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期我國(guó)人民內(nèi)部矛盾的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和基本形態(tài)，對(duì)新時(shí)期出現(xiàn)的新問(wèn)題、新情況以及全面建成小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程中人民內(nèi)部矛盾出現(xiàn)的基本狀況與特征、產(chǎn)生動(dòng)因和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了一個(gè)詳細(xì)分析，，進(jìn)而在此基礎(chǔ)上提出創(chuàng)新解決人民內(nèi)部矛盾問(wèn)題的措施，為全面建成小康社會(huì)提供長(zhǎng)治久安的保障。
[Abstract]:In 1978, the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee opened the prologue of China's reform and opening up, and China entered a new historical period of socialist modernization. Over the past 36 years of reform and opening up, the political, economic and cultural life of our country has undergone earth-shaking changes, profound changes in the social stratum structure, people's interest relations, ideological values, social employment structure, and distribution methods. Great changes have also taken place in the composition of the economy. This is not only a golden period of development, but also a time when contradictions continue to protrude. All kinds of social contradictions often form a "contradiction group" intertwined, the most prominent of which are also the most troubling problems. The contradictions among the people are more complex and diverse in the new period, and present new changes and characteristics. It leads to a serious increase in social inequality, social discontent, and some social conflicts. The main manifestations are the intensification of conflicts of economic interests, the continued widening of the gap between the rich and the poor, the increasing number of mass incidents, etc., especially the problems concerning education, employment, medical care, housing, food and drug safety, and so on, which are particularly prominent for the vital interests of the masses. In the society, there are a variety of enemies and rich-hating psychology, and group conflicts occur frequently. There is no doubt that such problems are one of the key factors leading to social instability and one of the most serious and urgent social problems. Therefore, it has become an urgent need for the development of the times to actively deal with the contradictions among the people in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and to put forward policies and measures that are in line with the national conditions and the needs of social development in our country. From the perspective of scientific socialism theory research and the goal of realizing harmonious society, this paper systematically combs the theory and evolution of the contradiction among the people of scientific socialism. This paper studies the contradictions among the people in the background of social transformation, analyzes the development trend and basic forms of the contradictions among the people in the period of social transformation, and analyzes the new problems in the new period. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the new situation and the basic conditions and characteristics of the contradictions among the people in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the reasons for the emergence and the development trend, and then puts forward innovative measures to solve the contradictions among the people. To build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide long-term security.
