【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)九十年代末期以來(lái),隨著中國(guó)信息技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率在穩(wěn)步上升,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已成為人們發(fā)表意見(jiàn)、傳播信息的主要媒介。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,我國(guó)面臨著前所未有的一系列輿情危機(jī)的挑戰(zhàn),其中由于少數(shù)民族地區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化發(fā)展的特殊性,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)輿情信息的監(jiān)測(cè)就顯得更為重要。本課題基于內(nèi)蒙古某單位對(duì)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)輿情信息監(jiān)測(cè)的需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),采取B/S架構(gòu),使用Java語(yǔ)言和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā),利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和數(shù)據(jù)分析處理功能,監(jiān)測(cè)國(guó)內(nèi)外主流網(wǎng)站的輿情信息,并進(jìn)行研判和輿情報(bào)道等；本平臺(tái)也對(duì)當(dāng)下移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)了監(jiān)測(cè)功能,如微博、微信、QQ群、移動(dòng)社區(qū)等平臺(tái)內(nèi)容均可以采集和分析,并提供手機(jī)APP隨時(shí)查看輿情動(dòng)態(tài)。本課題重點(diǎn)從數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和檢索、數(shù)據(jù)處理、輿情信息分析、輿情監(jiān)測(cè)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)化五個(gè)重點(diǎn)功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),并按照單位需求在蒙古文內(nèi)容監(jiān)測(cè)、登陸安全、輿情簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、權(quán)限設(shè)置以及輿情預(yù)警等功能進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。本平臺(tái)經(jīng)測(cè)試后,在該單位穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行了一段時(shí)間,得到了該單位從業(yè)人員的好評(píng),對(duì)于該單位監(jiān)測(cè)輿情信息和掌握輿情動(dòng)態(tài)方面有了很大的幫助,也對(duì)該單位工作效率有了很大的提升。
[Abstract]:Since the late 1990s, with the continuous improvement of the level of information technology in China, the Internet penetration rate is rising steadily. The Internet has become the main medium for people to express their opinions and spread information. In the Internet era, our country is facing a series of unprecedented challenges of public opinion crisis. Because of the particularity of political, economic and cultural development in minority areas, the monitoring of Internet public opinion information is even more important. This subject is based on the demand of a certain unit in Inner Mongolia to monitor the Internet public opinion information. It adopts B / S structure, uses Java language and Oracle database to develop, and uses the functions of data mining and data analysis and processing. Monitoring the public opinion information of mainstream websites at home and abroad, and studying and reporting on public opinion, etc., this platform has also developed monitoring functions for products in the current mobile Internet era, such as Weibo, WeChat, QQG, etc. Mobile community and other platforms can be collected and analyzed, and provide mobile APP at any time to view the public opinion. This subject focuses on the design and implementation of five key functions, such as data acquisition, data storage and retrieval, data processing, public opinion information analysis, public opinion monitoring, mobile interconnection, and monitoring in Mongolian content according to unit requirements. The functions of public opinion briefing, authority setting and public opinion warning are realized. After testing, the platform has been running steadily in the unit for a period of time, and has been praised by the employees of the unit, which is of great help to the unit in monitoring public opinion information and mastering the dynamics of public opinion. Also to this unit work efficiency has very big enhancement.
