【摘要】：2014年底,國家主席習(xí)近平對斐濟(jì)的國事訪問,凸顯了中國對這一南太島國的重視程度。中國-斐濟(jì)友好合作關(guān)系的發(fā)展,是兩國戰(zhàn)略互需的主動作為的結(jié)果,也是客觀條件催生的必然結(jié)果。當(dāng)然,中國與斐濟(jì)全面合作關(guān)系的發(fā)展,也導(dǎo)致中國在南太島國區(qū)域的影響日益上升,這使當(dāng)?shù)卮髧耙恍┯蛲獯髧鴮χ袊膽?zhàn)略目的產(chǎn)生了猜忌。但中國本著“相互尊重、相互支持、真誠友好、互利合作、共同發(fā)展”的原則發(fā)展與包括斐濟(jì)在內(nèi)的南太島國的關(guān)系,已經(jīng)贏得了當(dāng)?shù)卣兔癖姷臍g迎；中國愿意在相互尊重和平等相待的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)深化互利合作,實現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展和共同繁榮,必將帶來中國-斐濟(jì)關(guān)系發(fā)展的新篇章。論文分三部分來論述中國與斐濟(jì)的關(guān)系發(fā)展：第一部分從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和科教交流等方面描述,展現(xiàn)出中國與斐濟(jì)在21世紀(jì)頭一個十年里雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展取得的豐碩成果,并總結(jié)了中國對斐濟(jì)外交關(guān)系的特點。第二部分分析中國與斐濟(jì)關(guān)系發(fā)展的原因,一方面從戰(zhàn)略安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、政治利益等必要性因素來分析,另一方面從中、斐兩國關(guān)系的歷史淵源、斐濟(jì)的外交戰(zhàn)略以及自身條件等可能性因素來分析。第三部分提出未來中、斐兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)以及所需做出的應(yīng)對措施,對中、斐兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展作前瞻性預(yù)測：21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路南太支線和亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行的建設(shè),為中、斐兩國關(guān)系提供了新的重要發(fā)展機(jī)遇,兩國在對方外交戰(zhàn)略中的地位無疑將會繼續(xù)提升,兩國將會形成更為緊密的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。本文著眼于中國與斐濟(jì)的關(guān)系研究,既對中、斐關(guān)系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,同時,中-ZS關(guān)系也是中國與南太平洋地區(qū)國家關(guān)系發(fā)展的一個縮影,本研究為開展中國與其他南太島國關(guān)系的研究作出了一點探索。
[Abstract]:President Xi Jinping's state visit to Fiji at the end of 2014 underscored the importance China attaches to the South Pacific island. The development of the friendly and cooperative relations between China and Fiji is the result of the initiative of the two countries' strategic needs, and the inevitable result of the emergence of objective conditions. Of course, the development of comprehensive cooperative relations between China and Fiji has also led to China's growing influence in the region of the South Pacific island countries, which has led to suspicion of China's strategic objectives by local powers and some foreign powers. However, in line with the principle of "mutual respect, mutual support, sincere friendship, mutually beneficial cooperation and common development", China has developed relations with the South Pacific island countries, including Fiji, and has won the welcome of the local government and people. China is willing to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and achieve common development and prosperity on the basis of mutual respect and equality, which will surely lead to a new chapter in the development of China-Fiji relations. The paper is divided into three parts to discuss the development of the relationship between China and Fiji. The first part describes the political, economic, cultural and scientific and educational exchanges, showing the fruitful achievements of the bilateral relations between China and Fiji in the first decade of the 21st century. And summed up the characteristics of China's diplomatic relations with Fiji. The second part analyzes the reasons for the development of relations between China and Fiji. On the one hand, it analyzes the necessary factors such as strategic security, economic interests and political interests. On the other hand, the historical origin of the relations between the two countries is analyzed. Fiji's diplomatic strategy as well as its own conditions and other possible factors to analyze. The third part points out the challenges facing the development of relations between the two countries in the future, as well as the necessary measures to deal with them. The development of relations between the two countries makes a forward-looking prediction: the construction of the South Pacific spur Line along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank provides a new and important opportunity for the development of relations between the two countries. The two countries' position in each other's diplomatic strategy will no doubt continue to rise and the two countries will form a closer strategic partnership. This paper focuses on the study of the relationship between China and Fiji. It not only systematically combs the relations between China and Fiji, but also epitomizes the development of China-ZS relations with countries in the South Pacific region. This study has made a little exploration for the research of the relationship between China and other South Pacific island countries.
