【摘要】：石家莊是京津冀地區(qū)重要城市之一,它作為一個城市的興起是從近代開始的,相比于那些大通商口岸城市、傳統(tǒng)城市,其城市建設(shè)起點幾乎為零,屬于典型的近代新興的中小城市�？梢哉f近代城市建設(shè)是整個石家莊城市發(fā)展的源頭,有必要對其城市建設(shè)脈絡(luò)、發(fā)展歷程進行詳細梳理。本文從城市規(guī)劃學(xué)的角度,研究石家莊1901-1952年的近代城市規(guī)劃與建設(shè)歷史,對其交通樞紐的發(fā)展、城市空間格局的演變、管理機構(gòu)的更替進行綜合分析,從中看出在近代城市建設(shè)的過程中,中國人自主的參與才是城市發(fā)展的主力軍,公眾參與在城市發(fā)展中扮演重要角色。 本文的研究內(nèi)容主要有八章共三部分： 第一部分：第一章緒論,論述研究目的和意義、研究對象和內(nèi)容、研究方法、技術(shù)路線及國內(nèi)外有關(guān)石家莊近代城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的既有研究動態(tài)。 第二部分：包括第二至第六章,為論文的主體部分。第二章簡述石家莊地理位置、歷史沿革以及近代城市發(fā)展的政治經(jīng)濟背景,并提出石家莊近代城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè)的歷史分期。第三章至第六章分別從城市規(guī)劃的發(fā)展歷程、城市建設(shè)的實踐活動以及城市管理機構(gòu)的發(fā)展演變等角度,論述近代城市孕育與近代城市化的探索(1901-1925)、近代市制建立與近代城市規(guī)劃的展開(1925-1937)、戰(zhàn)時規(guī)劃建設(shè)與近代城市規(guī)劃的畸形發(fā)展(1937-1947)、解放后城市建設(shè)恢復(fù)與近代城市規(guī)劃的確立(1947-1952)四個歷史時期的城市建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容。 第三部分：第七章分析石家莊近代城市規(guī)劃與建設(shè)的演變過程和基本特征,第八章總結(jié)與展望,對石家莊的未來城市發(fā)展提供歷史借鑒,。 本文旨在通過對石家莊近代城市建設(shè)的研究,整理歷史文獻和資料,討論其作為非開埠中小型城市的發(fā)展規(guī)律和特征,完成從“史實”到“史識”的轉(zhuǎn)變,在華北區(qū)域研究視角下,總結(jié)歷史經(jīng)驗,分析其對當(dāng)代石家莊城市規(guī)劃的影響,并為京津冀空間規(guī)劃與研究、促進京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)資料。
[Abstract]:Shijiazhuang is one of the most important cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Its rise as a city began in modern times. Belong to the typical modern emerging small and medium-sized cities. It can be said that modern urban construction is the source of the whole Shijiazhuang city development. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper studies the history of modern urban planning and construction in Shijiazhuang from 1901-1952, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the development of its transportation hub, the evolution of urban spatial pattern and the change of management institutions. It can be seen that in the process of modern urban construction, the independent participation of Chinese is the main force of urban development, and public participation plays an important role in urban development. There are eight chapters and three parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction of the first chapter, which discusses the research purpose and significance, research object and content, research methods, technical route and the existing research trends of Shijiazhuang modern urban planning and construction at home and abroad. The second part includes the second to sixth chapters, which is the main part of the thesis. The second chapter briefly describes the geographical location, historical evolution and the political and economic background of modern urban development, and puts forward the historical stages of Shijiazhuang's modern urban planning and construction. The third to sixth chapters are from the perspective of the development of urban planning, the practical activities of urban construction and the development and evolution of urban management institutions, etc. This paper discusses the development of modern cities and modern urbanization; the establishment of modern city system and the development of modern urban planning; the abnormal development of wartime planning and modern urban planning; and the restoration of urban construction and modern urban planning after liberation. The main contents of urban construction in four historical periods. The third part: the seventh chapter analyzes the evolution process and basic characteristics of Shijiazhuang's modern urban planning and construction, and the eighth chapter summarizes and looks forward to provide historical reference for Shijiazhuang's future urban development. The purpose of this paper is to study Shijiazhuang's modern urban construction, collate historical documents and materials, discuss its development rules and characteristics as a small and medium-sized city without opening ports, and complete the transformation from "historical facts" to "historical knowledge". From the perspective of regional research in North China, this paper summarizes the historical experience, analyzes its influence on the urban planning of Shijiazhuang, and provides basic data for the spatial planning and research of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
