【摘要】：自"走出去"戰(zhàn)略實施之后,中國對外直接投資(OFDI)長期保持健康較快的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,幾乎與美國、日本等對外投資大國并駕齊驅(qū)。但是,在多種因素的影響下,中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的風險長期存在,甚至在全球范圍內(nèi),對外直接投資的成功概率也難以達到五成,中國企業(yè)有超過1/3的對外直接投資以失敗告終。更為重要的是,伴隨著企業(yè)全球戰(zhàn)略的持續(xù)推進與跨國并購數(shù)量的不斷增加,中國企業(yè)對外直接投資活動需要面臨東道國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、軍事、市場、所有權優(yōu)勢、東道國制度環(huán)境等因素的干擾,越來越多的差異性風險不斷累積,對企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展造成了很大負擔。在這一過程中,制度距離被視作影響對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的關鍵因素,這不但會影響到企業(yè)的行為范式,還關乎對東道國的選擇和對外投資模式的選取。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "going out" strategy, China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has maintained a healthy and rapid development trend for a long time, and has almost kept pace with the major foreign investment countries such as the United States and Japan. However, under the influence of many factors, the risk of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises exists for a long time. Even on a global scale, the probability of success of foreign direct investment is difficult to reach 50%. More than a third of Chinese companies' foreign direct investment ended in failure. More importantly, with the continuous promotion of global strategy and the increasing number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Chinese enterprises have to face the political, economic, cultural, military, market and ownership advantages of the host country. With the interference of the host country and other factors, more and more different risks are accumulated, which is a great burden to the survival and development of enterprises. In this process, institutional distance is regarded as the key factor affecting the location choice of FDI, which not only affects the behavior paradigm of enterprises, but also relates to the choice of host country and the choice of foreign investment mode.
