【摘要】：茶詩(shī)在梅堯臣詩(shī)歌中所占比例雖不算大，但足以反應(yīng)北宋仁宗時(shí)期的茶葉生活等各個(gè)方面。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，學(xué)界更多地關(guān)注梅堯臣詩(shī)歌的風(fēng)格，而鮮少關(guān)注他詩(shī)歌內(nèi)容特別是茶詩(shī)內(nèi)容。梅堯臣的長(zhǎng)期宦游經(jīng)歷使他對(duì)百姓生活十分了解，他擔(dān)任的主要是主簿和縣令等這樣的基層官員職位又對(duì)茶葉經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易對(duì)人民生活的影響有一定的感悟。同時(shí)梅堯臣交游的士大夫皆為朝廷重臣，先有錢(qián)惟演、謝絳后有歐陽(yáng)修、蔡襄、富弼等。因此他又懷有士大夫的情懷，充滿(mǎn)文人氣質(zhì)。他擅長(zhǎng)于詩(shī)歌，追求看似平淡卻充滿(mǎn)意蘊(yùn)的創(chuàng)作；他擅長(zhǎng)飲茶，能品評(píng)不同等級(jí)的七品香茶。所以他的茶詩(shī)涉及到了仁宗朝甚至是北宋時(shí)期的茶生活，以獨(dú)特的眼光反應(yīng)了茶葉的功用和茶葉文化成熟的過(guò)程。 本論文主要分四章，行文按照綜述研究情況，梅堯臣與其茶詩(shī)，梅堯臣茶詩(shī)的三種社會(huì)功用和梅堯臣茶詩(shī)所折射的宋代社會(huì)的順序展開(kāi)。 第一章，對(duì)宋代茶詩(shī)研究和梅堯臣其人其事研究的情況進(jìn)行了綜述。首先明確了茶詩(shī)的定義，確定了梅堯臣茶詩(shī)研究的范圍。再?gòu)慕▏?guó)以來(lái)的茶詩(shī)研究和梅堯臣其人其事研究得總體研究情況進(jìn)行了概括。 第二章，對(duì)梅堯臣個(gè)人生平和宦游經(jīng)歷做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單闡述。重點(diǎn)放在了梅堯臣著意寫(xiě)茶詩(shī)是因?yàn)椴枧c他的生活緊密相關(guān)，并且他入仕后的工作對(duì)后來(lái)他思考茶葉經(jīng)濟(jì)文化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。另外他的詩(shī)品與人品同茶葉被賦予的品質(zhì)一樣一直為人所稱(chēng)頌，從他的茶詩(shī)中可以看出他高尚的品質(zhì)和看似平淡卻積極入仕的精神。 第三章，梅堯臣茶詩(shī)的三種社會(huì)功用。通過(guò)對(duì)梅堯臣茶詩(shī)中的賜茶、販茶、贈(zèng)茶三種功用的探討，總結(jié)出北宋時(shí)期茶在人們生活中的作用。茶可以是皇室的恩賜也可以是文人表達(dá)情感的橋梁，還可以是外交中的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)手段。也是人民生活的物質(zhì)保障。 第四章，梅堯臣茶詩(shī)反應(yīng)出了宋代社會(huì)。梅堯臣茶詩(shī)既體現(xiàn)出了建茶文化在仁宗朝的完成，同時(shí)也是宋代社會(huì)尚茶的體現(xiàn)。梅堯臣茶詩(shī)正是宋代社會(huì)的寫(xiě)照，以茶為契機(jī)對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)生活狀態(tài)進(jìn)行還原。
[Abstract]:Although the proportion of tea poetry in Mei Yaochen's poems is not large, it can reflect all aspects of tea life in the Northern Song Dynasty.For a long time, scholars pay more attention to the style of Mei Yaochen's poetry, but seldom pay attention to his poetry content, especially tea poetry.Mei Yaochen's long official travel experience made him understand the people's life very well. His main official posts such as main book and county order had a certain feeling on the influence of tea economy and trade on people's life.At the same time, Mei Yaochen friends for the court officials, the first money but acting, Xie Jiang after Ouyang Xiu, Cai Xiang, Fubi and so on.Therefore, he has the feelings of literati and officials, full of literati temperament.He is good at poetry, pursuing seemingly insipid but meaningful creations; he is good at drinking tea and can evaluate seven flavors of different grades of fragrant tea.So his tea poems were related to the tea life of Renzong and even the Northern Song Dynasty, which reflected the function of tea and the mature process of tea culture.This thesis is divided into four chapters. According to the research situation, Mei Yaochen and his tea poems, the three kinds of social functions of Mei Yaochen's tea poems and the order of the Song Dynasty society reflected by Mei Yaochen's tea poems.The first chapter summarizes the research of tea poetry in Song Dynasty and Mei Yaochen's research.First of all, the definition of tea poetry is defined, and the scope of the study of tea poetry by Mei Yaochen is determined.Then from the founding of tea poetry research and Mei Yaochen his research on the overall situation was summarized.The second chapter, to Mei Yaochen personal life and official travel experience to do a brief elaboration.The focus was on Mei Yaochen's intention to write tea poems because tea was closely related to his life, and his post work laid the foundation for his later thinking about tea economy and culture.In addition, his poetry and character have always been praised as the quality of tea. From his tea poems, we can see his noble qualities and his seemingly plain but active spirit.The third chapter, the three social functions of Mei Yaochen's tea poems.Based on the discussion of the three functions of giving tea, selling tea and giving tea in Mei Yao-chen 's tea poems, this paper sums up the role of tea in people's life in the Northern Song Dynasty.Tea can be a royal gift, a bridge for literati to express their feelings, and a political and economic means of diplomacy.It is also the material guarantee of the people's life.In the fourth chapter, Mei Yaochen's tea poems reflect the society of Song Dynasty.Mei Yaochen's tea poems not only embodied the completion of the construction of tea culture in Renzong Dynasty, but also reflected the society of Song Dynasty.Mei Yaochen's tea poems were the portrayal of the society in Song Dynasty, taking tea as an opportunity to restore the state of social life.
