學(xué)校體育環(huán)境及其與學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:國(guó)民體質(zhì)的好壞是社會(huì)文明和進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志,而一個(gè)民族體質(zhì)的強(qiáng)弱主要體現(xiàn)在這個(gè)民族青少年體質(zhì)健康方面的發(fā)展。一個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)民體質(zhì)健康狀況,可以說是其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和綜合國(guó)力的體現(xiàn)。初中生作為國(guó)民人口中的重要部分,其體質(zhì)健康問題也越來越得到了國(guó)家、社會(huì)以及廣大學(xué)者的關(guān)注。學(xué)校作為學(xué)生重要的學(xué)習(xí)和生活場(chǎng)所,學(xué)校的環(huán)境條件對(duì)學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)、心理動(dòng)機(jī)都存在一定的影響。為了進(jìn)一步探索學(xué)校體育環(huán)境因素對(duì)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的影響狀況,本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、測(cè)試法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等對(duì)納入本研究的648名初中在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。 結(jié)論: (1)調(diào)查地區(qū)學(xué)校的體育環(huán)境整體較好,能夠滿足學(xué)生的鍛煉需求。在調(diào)查因素中體育課堂氛圍、學(xué)生的體育價(jià)值觀與行為傾向、體育教師素養(yǎng)的平均得分較高,體育宣傳得分相對(duì)較低,說明學(xué)校對(duì)體育宣傳的措施是環(huán)境建設(shè)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。 (2)硬環(huán)境方面,室外體育場(chǎng)地條件要好于室內(nèi);學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)(館)維護(hù)和器材更新不夠及時(shí);體育課程、大課間活動(dòng)和體育比賽有所保障,但是放學(xué)后為學(xué)生提供運(yùn)動(dòng)參與機(jī)會(huì)較少。軟環(huán)境方面,學(xué)校教育者對(duì)學(xué)生參與體育活動(dòng)給予了一定的鼓勵(lì)和支持;學(xué)生對(duì)體育鍛煉的作用有積極的認(rèn)識(shí);師生關(guān)系和生生關(guān)系融洽,但是課余時(shí)間師生相互交流機(jī)會(huì)較少;體育教師綜合素養(yǎng)較高;體育課程輕松活躍對(duì)學(xué)生具有較強(qiáng)的吸引力。 (3)學(xué)校體育環(huán)境部分因素與學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康有影響,男生和女生體質(zhì)健康的環(huán)境影響因素和程度均有不同。學(xué)生的體質(zhì)水平與學(xué)校場(chǎng)地條件、學(xué)校體育活動(dòng)設(shè)置、學(xué)校教育者的體育觀念、學(xué)生自身的體育觀念、師生和生生之間人際關(guān)系的融洽程度、學(xué)校體育宣傳情況、體育教師素養(yǎng)、體育課堂氣氛都有一定程度的關(guān)系,而學(xué)校體育器材對(duì)學(xué)生體質(zhì)水平?jīng)]有影響。 建議: (1)建立嚴(yán)格合理的規(guī)則制度,保障學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)地和器材設(shè)備的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)及更新,發(fā)揮學(xué)校基本設(shè)施優(yōu)勢(shì),改善學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)所器材設(shè)置等布局。 (2)加強(qiáng)學(xué)校的體育宣傳,可以定期開展體育講座,對(duì)體育表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者可以進(jìn)行全校表彰,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。 (3)建立和諧的師生關(guān)系和融洽的同學(xué)關(guān)系,優(yōu)化體育教學(xué)的心理環(huán)境,提高學(xué)生參與體育活動(dòng)的熱情。 (4)重視體育課堂的活躍氛圍,降低學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力,建立和諧、活躍、愉快的課堂,讓學(xué)生在輕松愉悅的氣氛下進(jìn)行體育學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉。 (5)發(fā)揮教師的主導(dǎo)作用,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立正確的體育觀,同時(shí)教師要為學(xué)生樹立好積極的榜樣,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)的參與到體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中。
[Abstract]:The quality of national constitution is an important symbol of social civilization and progress, and the strength of a national constitution is mainly reflected in the development of the national youth's physical health.A country's national physical health can be said to reflect its political, economic, cultural and comprehensive national strength.As an important part of the national population, junior high school students' physical health has been paid more and more attention by the country, society and scholars.As an important place for students to study and live, the school's environmental conditions have a certain impact on the opportunity and psychological motivation of students to participate in physical exercise.In order to further explore the influence of school sports environment factors on students' physical health, this study analyzed the data of 648 junior middle school students in this study by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, test and mathematical statistics.Conclusion:1) the overall physical environment of schools in the investigation area is good, which can meet the needs of students.Among the investigation factors, the physical education classroom atmosphere, the students' sports values and behavioral tendencies, the average score of physical education teachers' accomplishment are higher, and the scores of sports propaganda are relatively low, which indicates that the measures of school sports propaganda are the weak link in the environmental construction.(2) in terms of hard environment, outdoor sports venues are better than indoor ones; school stadiums (pavilions) are not maintained and equipment updated in a timely manner; sports courses, major recess activities and sports competitions are guaranteed.But there are fewer opportunities for students to participate in sports after school.In terms of soft environment, school educators have given certain encouragement and support to students to participate in sports activities; students have a positive understanding of the role of physical exercise; the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between students and students are harmonious.However, there are few opportunities for teachers and students to communicate with each other in their spare time; physical education teachers have higher comprehensive literacy; physical education curriculum is relaxed and active to students has a strong attraction.3) some factors of school physical education environment have influence on students' physical health, and boys and girls have different environmental factors and degrees of physical health.Students' physique level and school site condition, school sports activity setting, school educator's sports idea, students' own sports concept, harmonious degree of interpersonal relationship between teachers and students, school sports propaganda,The quality of PE teachers and the atmosphere of PE classroom are related to a certain extent, but the physical education equipment has no effect on the students' physique level.Recommendations:1) to establish strict and reasonable rules and regulations to ensure the maintenance, maintenance and renewal of school sports venues and equipment, to give play to the advantages of school basic facilities, and to improve the layout of school sports facilities.2) strengthen the sports propaganda of the school, can hold the physical education lecture regularly, to the sports performance outstanding person may carry on the whole school commendation, encourages the student to participate in the sports.3) to establish harmonious teacher-student relationship and harmonious schoolmate relationship, to optimize the psychological environment of physical education teaching, and to increase students' enthusiasm for participating in sports activities.(4) pay attention to the active atmosphere of physical education classroom, reduce the students' study pressure, establish harmonious, active and happy classroom, let the students study and exercise in the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.5) give full play to the leading role of teachers, guide students to establish a correct concept of physical education, at the same time, teachers should set a good positive example for students, and guide students to actively participate in sports.
