【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)指不同等級(jí)規(guī)模的城鎮(zhèn)在各種政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等因素的影響下,在一定地域空間內(nèi)形成的一種空間排列、聯(lián)系與組合形式。對(duì)縣域城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō),其優(yōu)化研究有利于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌,提高我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的質(zhì)量,因此是城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)研究的新熱點(diǎn)。隨著區(qū)域空間整合趨勢(shì)的加快,依據(jù)國(guó)家、江蘇省及徐州市新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)化的新要求,以及沛縣城鎮(zhèn)體系的快速發(fā)展的迫切需求,本文在城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)所涉及概念和理論辨析梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用分形模型、納爾遜區(qū)位熵法、引力模型、斷裂點(diǎn)模型等測(cè)算方法,主要應(yīng)用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,逐層對(duì)沛縣城鎮(zhèn)體系組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行剖析研究,找出沛縣城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀特征,結(jié)合城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變趨勢(shì),提煉出沛縣城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化思路,并得出以下結(jié)論:近期,沛縣社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入工業(yè)化中期向工業(yè)化后期的過(guò)渡時(shí)期,城鎮(zhèn)空間分布以高水平不均衡分布為特征,城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模式為點(diǎn)——軸開(kāi)發(fā)模式。遠(yuǎn)期,沛縣城鎮(zhèn)空間分布應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)高水平均衡分布特點(diǎn),城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模式可考慮核心——腹地模式。本文對(duì)小范圍區(qū)域的城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,及時(shí)解決了沛縣城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的各種問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)縣域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌。同時(shí)也在一定程度上豐富和補(bǔ)充了對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的理論研究體系。
[Abstract]:The spatial structure of urban system refers to a form of spatial arrangement, connection and combination formed in a certain regional space under the influence of various political, economic and social factors.For the spatial structure of county urban system, its optimization study is beneficial to the overall planning of urban and rural areas and improves the quality of urbanization in China, so it is a new hot spot in urban and rural planning.With the accelerating trend of regional spatial integration, according to the new urbanization requirements of the country, Jiangsu Province and Xuzhou City, and the urgent need of the rapid development of Peixian urban system,Based on the analysis of the concepts and theories involved in the spatial structure of urban system, this paper adopts fractal model, Nelson's location entropy method, gravity model, fracture point model and so on.Combining qualitative research with quantitative research, this paper analyzes and studies the organization structure of Peixian urban system layer by layer, finds out the characteristics of the present situation of urban system spatial structure in Peixian County, and combines with the evolution trend of urban system spatial structure.This paper abstracts the idea of optimizing the spatial structure of Peixian's urban system, and draws the following conclusions: recently, Peixian's social development has entered the transition period from the middle stage of industrialization to the late stage of industrialization, and the spatial distribution of cities and towns is characterized by a high level of uneven distribution.The optimization model of urban system spatial structure is point-axis development mode.In the long term, the urban spatial distribution in Peixian should be characterized by high level equilibrium distribution, and the core hinterland model can be considered in the optimization model of spatial structure of urban system.In this paper, the spatial structure of urban system in small area is optimized, which solves all kinds of problems in the process of urbanization in Peixian in time, promotes the rapid development of social economy in county, and realizes the overall planning of urban and rural areas.At the same time, it also enriches and complements the theoretical research system of the spatial structure of urban system to some extent.
