【摘要】：隨著中央政府不斷深入改革開放和西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,重慶市在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域上,取得了長足發(fā)展。重慶市逐漸成為了國內(nèi),乃至世界舞臺(tái)上的一個(gè)不容小覷的力量。世界各國希望與重慶進(jìn)行更為密切的合作和交流,想要全方位的了解重慶。作為重慶市政府的最為重要的官方文件,重慶市2015年政府工作報(bào)告全面介紹了重慶市在過去一年的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、民生、社會(huì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,總結(jié)了成果和不足。同時(shí),也為下一年的政府工作做出了總的指導(dǎo)和計(jì)劃。因此每年的政府工作報(bào)告在宣傳本地文化和形象上起著重要作用。作者選取了重慶市政府工作報(bào)告的第三部分進(jìn)行翻譯。該章旨在為下一年的政府工作出規(guī)劃和部署。本翻譯報(bào)告共分為五部分:第一部分是翻譯項(xiàng)目背景,其中包括對項(xiàng)目來源介紹及其意義。該部分還簡要介紹了整個(gè)翻譯報(bào)告的基本結(jié)構(gòu);第二部分是對翻譯理論,文本功能的介紹,以及對本文的理論支持分析。第三部分是對節(jié)選的重慶市政府工作報(bào)告的語言特點(diǎn)做出簡要的分析,并且從詞匯、句法、修辭等層面給出實(shí)例。第四部分是本翻譯報(bào)告的主體部分。主要介紹作者所做的譯前準(zhǔn)備,以及運(yùn)用了實(shí)例具體說明了翻譯策略的應(yīng)用;第五部分則為對此次翻譯實(shí)踐所做的概括性總結(jié),包括總結(jié)翻譯過程的不足以及對今后翻譯工作的啟示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the central government's reform and opening up and the strategy of developing the western region, Chongqing has made great progress in various fields such as economy, politics and so on.Chongqing has gradually become a force that cannot be underestimated at home or even on the world stage.Countries all over the world hope to cooperate and exchange more closely with Chongqing, and want to understand Chongqing in all aspects.As the most important official document of Chongqing Municipal Government, the 2015 government work report of Chongqing City has comprehensively introduced the political, economic, people's livelihood and social development of Chongqing in the past year, and summed up the achievements and shortcomings.At the same time, also for the next year the work of the government to make a general guidance and plan.Therefore, the annual government work report plays an important role in promoting local culture and image.The author selects the third part of Chongqing Municipal Government's work report for translation.The chapter aims to plan and deploy the work of the government next year.This translation report is divided into five parts: the first part is the background of the translation project, including the source of the project and its significance.This part also briefly introduces the basic structure of the whole translation report. The second part introduces the translation theory, the text function, and the theoretical support of this paper.The third part makes a brief analysis of the language characteristics of the selected Chongqing Municipal Government work report, and gives examples from the lexical, syntactic and rhetorical levels.The fourth part is the main part of this translation report.This paper mainly introduces the pre-translation preparation made by the author, and illustrates the application of translation strategy with examples. The fifth part is a summary of the translation practice.It includes a summary of the shortcomings of the translation process and the implications for future translation work.
