【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,城市化進(jìn)程的加快,越來越多的國外先進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目管理公司進(jìn)入國內(nèi)市場,國內(nèi)工程項(xiàng)目管理公司所面臨的國際競爭日益加劇,另外,也暴露了很多自身存在的問題。為實(shí)現(xiàn)激烈的競爭中求得可持續(xù)發(fā)展,廣東城基工程公司必須明確其發(fā)展目標(biāo)、并制定相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文通過對廣東城基工程公司所面臨的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、技術(shù)環(huán)境和行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)等外部環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出廣東城基工程公司發(fā)展所面臨機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)；通過對公司產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)狀況、人力資源狀況、營銷能力、技術(shù)能力、及公司的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)情況等方面的內(nèi)部資源能力的分析,總結(jié)出廣東城基工程公司的競爭力優(yōu)勢與劣勢。在分析了廣東城基工程公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上采取SWOT分析方法,結(jié)合公司的戰(zhàn)略定位,制定出廣東城基工程公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)了在廣東城基工程公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略手段、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施步驟,并制定了針對公司所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的切實(shí)有效的實(shí)施策略,以確保廣東城基工程公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),廣東城基工程公司面對外部環(huán)境的變化應(yīng)采取多元化、并購重組及合作聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略,并通過國際化戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施來實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)新的發(fā)展。最后,希望通過本文的研究,在正確的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)下,廣東城基工程公司能在競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境中獲得長足發(fā)展,并對同行業(yè)的中小工程公司有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and urbanization, more and more foreign advanced engineering project management companies enter the domestic market. The international competition of domestic project management companies is becoming increasingly fierce. In addition,Also exposed a lot of their own problems.In order to achieve sustainable development in the fierce competition, Guangdong City-based Engineering Company must define its development goals and formulate corresponding development strategies.Based on the analysis of the external environmental factors, such as politics, economy, society, technology environment and competition structure in the industry, this paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges facing the development of Guangdong City-based Engineering Company.Through the analysis of the product structure, human resource, marketing ability, technical ability and project development of the company, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong City Foundation Engineering Company are summarized.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Guangdong City Foundation Engineering Company, the development strategy of Guangdong City Base Engineering Company is formulated by adopting SWOT analysis method and combining the strategic orientation of the company.Then it designs the development strategy means, the development strategy implementation steps and the effective implementation strategy for the internal and external environment faced by the company in Guangdong City-based Engineering Company.To ensure the implementation of the development strategy of Guangdong City based Engineering Company.In this paper, it is found that the Guangdong City based Engineering Company should adopt the strategy of diversification, merger and reorganization and cooperation alliance in the face of the change of external environment, and realize the new development of the enterprise through the successful implementation of the internationalization strategy.Finally, it is hoped that under the guidance of the correct enterprise strategy, Guangdong City-based Engineering Company can make great progress in the competitive market environment through the research of this paper, and has certain reference significance for the small and medium-sized engineering companies in the same industry.
