【摘要】：烏克蘭危機不僅導(dǎo)致俄羅斯與西方之間的關(guān)系嚴重惡化,而且還波及到與俄關(guān)系密切的國家,如哈薩克斯坦。本文評估了烏克蘭危機對哈政治、經(jīng)濟與安全方面所產(chǎn)生的影響。就政治方面的影響而言,西方和哈薩克斯坦關(guān)心的是哈北部俄羅斯族人口眾多的地區(qū)是否會并入俄羅斯。鑒于目前哈俄關(guān)系比較密切以及哈族群政策得當(dāng),這種可能性較小。在經(jīng)濟方面,烏俄關(guān)系的惡化、西方國家對俄羅斯的制裁以及烏克蘭對哈支持俄羅斯在克里米亞問題上的立場有所不滿,導(dǎo)致哈薩克斯坦的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展面臨困難。安全方面,不少哈薩克斯坦公民進入烏克蘭參加親俄武裝的戰(zhàn)斗,從長遠來看很有可能增加哈面臨的安全風(fēng)險。正因意識到烏克蘭危機與自身存在緊密聯(lián)系,哈在烏克蘭危機中的立場一直較為謹慎。
[Abstract]:The Ukraine crisis not only lead to serious deterioration in relations between Russia and the west, but also affects the close relationship with Russia's countries, such as Kazakhstan. This paper evaluates the Ukraine crisis on the impact of Kazakhstan political, economic and security aspects. On the political implications and said, Kazakhstan and the west is concerned about whether the northern Russian population of Kazakhstan many areas will be incorporated into Russia. In view of the close relationship between Russia and Kazakhstan Kazakh group policy properly, this possibility is small. In the economy, the deterioration of relations between Ukraine and Russia, western countries sanctions against Russia and Ukraine to Kazakhstan to support Russia's stance on the issue of Crimea has led to dissatisfaction with the economic development of Kazakhstan security is facing difficulties. Many citizens of Kazakhstan, the pro Russian armed forces into Ukraine to participate in the battle, in the long run it It is possible to increase the security risks faced by Kazakhstan. As a result of realizing the close ties between the Ukraine crisis and its own existence, the position of Kazakhstan in the Ukraine crisis has been more cautious.
