【摘要】：在國際市場,隨著“中醫(yī)中藥”被列入國家級發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,我國政府不斷與其他國家和地區(qū)政府建立中醫(yī)中藥合作研究機(jī)構(gòu),中醫(yī)中藥的臨床醫(yī)療價(jià)值逐漸被他們接受和認(rèn)可;在國內(nèi)市場,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的收入水平不斷提高,可支配收入也大大增加,面對人口老齡化問題和亞健康問題的加劇,人們開始關(guān)注養(yǎng)生保健,因此,以中藥材為原料的養(yǎng)生保健產(chǎn)品得到迅速的發(fā)展,中藥材的國內(nèi)市場也就進(jìn)一步被打開。面對國內(nèi)外市場的雙重發(fā)展新契機(jī),傳統(tǒng)的中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,在國內(nèi)民營企業(yè)和國外入侵企業(yè)的夾擊下,順利搶占中藥材市場,使企業(yè)的發(fā)展能夠延續(xù)。本論文以傳統(tǒng)的中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)——廣州CZL藥業(yè)有限公司(簡稱“CZL”)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級為研究對象,結(jié)合中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)面臨的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)文化和技術(shù)環(huán)境,在分析CZL的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對其經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問題進(jìn)行了探討。在對CZL在資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率、正常營業(yè)收入、物流配送、經(jīng)營模式、人才管理等方面出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析后,結(jié)合分析的結(jié)果、企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢、外部的發(fā)展機(jī)遇提出了CZL轉(zhuǎn)型升級的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和策略方針。本文研究的目的就是幫助CZL走出經(jīng)營困境,解決發(fā)展問題,同時(shí)也為CZL的轉(zhuǎn)型升級指引方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級之后的快、好、穩(wěn)發(fā)展。也為我國的中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)和傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供了有價(jià)值的理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the international market, with the "traditional Chinese medicine" listed in the national development strategy, the Chinese government and other countries and regions continue to establish cooperation research institutions of traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical medical value of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually accepted and recognized by them;In the domestic market, with the rapid development of our country's economy, people's income level and disposable income increase greatly. In the face of the problem of population aging and sub-health, people begin to pay attention to health care.With the rapid development of health care products based on Chinese medicinal materials, the domestic market of traditional Chinese medicine has been further opened.Facing the dual development opportunity of domestic and foreign markets, traditional Chinese medicine enterprises should give full play to their own advantages and seize the Chinese herbal medicine market smoothly under the attack of domestic private enterprises and foreign invading enterprises, so that the development of enterprises can continue.This paper focuses on the transformation and upgrading of Guangzhou CZL Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (CZL), a traditional Chinese medicine enterprise, and combines the political, economic, social and cultural and technological environment that Chinese medicine enterprises face.On the basis of analyzing the development status of CZL, this paper discusses its management status and problems.After analyzing the reasons for the problems of CZL in the aspects of asset-liability ratio, normal operating income, logistics distribution, business model, talent management and so on, combined with the results of the analysis, the internal advantages of the enterprise are analyzed.External development opportunities put forward the strategic objectives and policy of CZL transformation and upgrading.The purpose of this paper is to help CZL out of the business dilemma, solve the development problems, but also for the direction of CZL transformation and upgrading, to achieve fast, good and stable development after the transformation and upgrade.It also provides valuable theoretical guidance and practical reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.
