【摘要】：社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的理論基礎(chǔ),當(dāng)今的中國(guó)處于社會(huì)主義的初級(jí)階段,社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度還不夠完善,社會(huì)事業(yè)起步較晚,存在很多的問(wèn)題,其中人口老齡化是當(dāng)今中國(guó)社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一[1]。筆者作為從事老年護(hù)理的一員,就中國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才的相關(guān)問(wèn)題做一些探討。
[Abstract]:The primary stage of socialism is the theoretical basis of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Today, China is in the primary stage of socialism, the social political and economic systems are not perfect enough, the social undertakings start late, and there are many problems.Among them, population aging is one of the focus of Chinese society [1].As a member of nursing for the aged, the author makes some discussion on the related problems of Chinese old-age service talents.
