【摘要】：隨著我國對(duì)外交往與國際交流的日益頻繁，新聞發(fā)布會(huì)在新媒體時(shí)代越發(fā)顯示出其重要作用和廣泛影響力。新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯成為政府及其他組織和部門向公眾媒體傳達(dá)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面信息的重要載體，為不同地區(qū)和不同文化背景的人們提供了交流平臺(tái)。由于東西方語言文化具有明顯差異，因此做好新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯具有一定的難度。研究新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯對(duì)探索和總結(jié)翻譯技巧與策略有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 此交替?zhèn)髯g報(bào)告以“中國網(wǎng)中國品牌頻道新版上線新聞發(fā)布會(huì)”為語料，內(nèi)容涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、民生等諸多領(lǐng)域，有著鮮明的目的性和跨文化交際特點(diǎn)。新聞發(fā)布會(huì)屬于跨文化交際活動(dòng)，翻譯目的主要指譯文要達(dá)到的交際目的。功能翻譯理論強(qiáng)調(diào)翻譯的目的性和預(yù)期功能，更加注重語言外信息傳達(dá)，為新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯提高了良好的借鑒。在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯中，口譯員應(yīng)不拘泥于源文的外在語言形式，而應(yīng)全面把握源語內(nèi)涵，明確翻譯目的，，并將這一目的貫穿于翻譯實(shí)踐的過程中，因此，譯文不能過度強(qiáng)調(diào)字字對(duì)應(yīng)，詞詞對(duì)應(yīng)，而應(yīng)融會(huì)貫通，最大限度地提高譯文在目的語文化和情境中的可接受性。 本模擬報(bào)告以功能翻譯理論為指導(dǎo)，結(jié)合德國功能翻譯理論三大法則即目的法則、連貫法則、和忠實(shí)法則，采取直譯、意譯、增補(bǔ)、刪減、改寫等策略與方法論證功能翻譯理論對(duì)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)的指導(dǎo)意義，來進(jìn)一步闡述功能翻譯理論在確定翻譯方法和評(píng)價(jià)譯文質(zhì)量方面的作用。功能翻譯理論為新聞發(fā)布會(huì)口譯提供了良好的理論支撐，使得翻譯實(shí)踐不在盲目，同時(shí)對(duì)于譯文的質(zhì)量也有了可靠的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing frequency of China's foreign and international exchanges, press conferences have increasingly shown their important role and extensive influence in the new media era.News conference interpretation has become an important carrier for the government and other organizations and departments to convey political, economic, cultural and other information to the public media, and provides a platform for people from different regions and different cultural backgrounds to communicate with each other.Due to the obvious differences between eastern and western languages and cultures, it is difficult to do well in press conference interpretation.The study of press conference interpretation is of great value in exploring and summing up translation techniques and strategies.This consecutive interpretation report is based on the new edition of China Brand Channel news conference, which covers many fields, such as economy, people's livelihood and so on, and has distinct purpose and cross-cultural communication characteristics.News conference is a cross-cultural communication activity. The purpose of translation mainly refers to the communicative purpose to be achieved by the translation.Functional translation theory emphasizes the purpose and expected function of translation, and pays more attention to the communication of information outside the language, which can be used as a good reference for news conference interpretation.In news conference interpretation, interpreters should not stick to the external language form of the source language, but should grasp the connotation of the source language, clarify the purpose of translation, and run this purpose through the process of translation practice.The translation should not overemphasize word correspondence and word correspondence, but should be integrated to maximize the acceptability of the target language in the culture and context of the target language.Guided by functional translation theory, this simulation report combines the three principles of German functional translation theory, namely Skopos, coherence, and faithfulness, and adopts literal translation, free translation, addition and deletion.Strategies and methods such as rewriting demonstrate the guiding significance of functional translation theory to press conferences to further illustrate the role of functional translation theory in determining translation methods and evaluating translation quality.Functional translation theory provides a good theoretical support for press conference interpretation, which makes translation practice not blind and has a reliable evaluation standard for the quality of translation.
